Am also glad Griffey JR. is not on that list. A few of those names surprise me and make me go wtf though seriously. Damon was lol. No wonder his stats went down after he left the Red Sox for the Yankees. Lol @ Kerry Wood. I guess even steroids can't free you of as many injuries as he went through. Veritek is kinda =[ for Red Sox fans. NOT VERY CAPTAIN-LIKE OF YOU! Also good not to see any current-day Braves (Granted Rocker/Justice, but they're old school.)

This List is incorrect compared to the actual report. WNBC even took it down for now. Real one is in Creeps' post.

I'm really glad too.. seeing Varitek and Damon on there is sad, glad they're not on the REAL list... and Garces is just laughable.

    Re: Mitchell Report

The thing is, people want this list to be cut and dry - these guys did it, and they're all equally complicit. Some of the players named are referenced as nothing more than complete heresay - for example Brian Roberts.

At the same time, all the players in this report were offered the chance to talk to Senator Mitchell, and declined. So kinda, fuck them.

Only thing that surprises me about this list is how nobody's drawn any Kira/Taj parallels yet.

Direct link to the report - see how much evidence there is on your favorite player! (Clemens has been using starting in '98 - well before Bonds)

3 sources - information surrounding the BALCO issue. The "Albany" mail-order investigation. And the big one is former Mets clubhouse attendant Kirk Radomski, who got flipped on charges and gave up everyone he sold steroids to or provided for.

    Re: Mitchell Report

For an example of how someone appears "on the list" - Brian Roberts:

    Brian Roberts
Brian Roberts is an infielder who has played for the Baltimore Orioles since 2001.
He has been selected to two All-Star teams.
Roberts and Larry Bigbie were both rookies in 2001. According to Bigbie, both
he and Roberts lived in Segui’s house in the Baltimore area during the latter part of that season.
When Bigbie and Segui used steroids in the house, Roberts did not participate.
According to Bigbie, however, in 2004 Roberts admitted to him that he had
injected himself once or twice with steroids in 2003. Until this admission, Bigbie had never
    suspected Roberts of using steroids.
In order to provide Roberts with information about these allegations and to give
him an opportunity to respond, I asked him to meet with me; he declined.
That's it. Just one guy said that another guy told him he "used them once or twice in 2003". That's as easy as it gets to get "on the list".

Some of them are much more detailed, including photos of cancelled checks, mail delivery receipts, etc.
