Curious... Ive read the post for a while but I dont know if the idea was brought up that he might be like Rose Garden. Maybe you dont kill the Apkallu for a long enough period of time on the nash > wg boat and he spawns?
Also would this work even though the zone is reloading at the start of each boat ride? (If this was true it could remove all the hate, killing, not killing, etc... theories that would require a zone to constantly be up.)

Assault Mission - Apkallu Seizure

One of the hints given at the fanfair was Apkallu does not like being alone. One of the main objectives in this assault is to get the Apkallu to be your friend.

i think he means that you might be onto something, but the mithra would probably have to equip all green and yellow gear so the apkallu thinks it a fellow apkallu, but since these no green and yellow gear in the game, you'd have to edit some and datswap.

on top of that, the people who've popped it didn't do anything to the apkallu.
on top of that, the 1st group who've popped it didn't have a mithra.

That would explain why the person answering questions weeks before knew nothing about AA and had to go back and ask the department team. Perhaps AA was not poppable at that time before the assault was added.

Being your friend in JP can mean the very same thing as not being alone.
I will ask my friend how he popped it or thinks happened.

Hence the AA does not like being alone and always needs a friend.

i'm fairly certain the representative that gave the "not alone" info was an NA representative.
no representative was "answering questions for weeks" prior to being asked about AA.
alone and friendship are two different things.
while AA might've recently been ninja fixed, chances that it was ninja fixed a year ago doesn't make sense.
