Lag and R0 problems

Hello I was wondering if any other xbox360 users are getting bad R0/lag problems. Seemed mine started after they took down the Sandy, Windy, Bastolk {s} zones a few nights ago for a few hours. I run teamspeak on my laptop and dont have any cut outs of any sort. did a isp test and it came out fine DL 2098 UL 581. only thing I can think of its this game or my router has gone to shit some how.

Ok went and bought a new router and stole my friends 360 and still no good. ; ; called my ISP and they say no problems on my end. But they have had 4 other calls about this (ffxi) sense Friday. and thats the night they took the new zones down.. Got to wait till tomarrow to call PoL and see what they say about this. >..........>
