This event fails, I got every HQ dream item and after that I wanted the city warp scarves or whatever... But I keep getting something really crappy like Elvaan F 38+ Scholar (How many do you know?) and Galka 38+ Scholar (These don't exist)... And the cancelling thingie seems very random. I could cancel that Elvaan F one but I'm still stuck on galka one...

Is there no way to cancel the choice the moogle gives you? I got stuck with finding a level 1-37 Elvaan Female Samurai and I'm convinced none exist on Bahamut.

Edit: Found the ever elusive female samurai. God, what a waste of three hours.

Edit again: So SE is basically laughing at me. Now I need to find a level 38+ Elvaan Female Samurai. ><

Three hours? Why not just ask an elvaan female to switch to their unlevelled SAM for a moment? Unless you mean all the elvaan females on Bahamut already have SAM at 38+, so there are no level 1 SAMs.

I have to find a 38+ puppetmaster Elvaan female on Bahamut.... it's not happening. I can't seem to cancel it, is there something special to do to cancel?

38+ Mithra PUP on my mule....(and the only 38+ Mit PUP I know is my main...now if only SE allowed multiple logins from a single account)

I don't know if my server has an influx of "rare" combos (Galka SCH, anything PUP), but I don't think the event is impossible if you are able to get people not doing it to come help.

I replaced all my stable neckpieces. I need to use them more often, I wasted few charges.

38+ Galka COR, yippee. Managed to get +1 Robe, +1 Boots, and Bastok and Windy furnishings though. Didn't know you could get the stable collars back..crap..I may actually look for my elusive Galka now.

I got +1 boots from trading Moogle an Andromeda card, which I got from my partner who needed a 37- Hume Male SAM. Got another Andromeda later and got a 99 stack of Sparkling hands

Btw, if you have costume belts, take 'em out of storage. You will get an error message("sort your inventory" like mammet quest). I was playing around with it, and I basically figured out that there are three belts and the regional stable neckpiece to be earned. However, one time I was almost given the Windurstian piece at Bastok. It was certainly not as common as the other possible choices. Also, it could be because I'm Windurstian.

This event seriously needs a reset command/option.

I've been seeking almost 14 hours for a Galka Bard 38+ and have gotten bubkis.

I totally understand the whole social aspect of it, but don't punish players by randomly assigning them least played job combo's.
I really don't feel that randomly asking every Galka that has a job above 65, if they have a Bard and can they come 1/2 way across the world to help me get something.

Really, I mean, in any stretch of imagination, does that sound like good design?

Just about every female elvaan I saw (and made sure to talk to) was basically just a mule with no advanced jobs unlocked. Around the three hour mark was when I got lucky and found someone with it at level 1. Elvaan Female sam level 38+ though isn't going to happen, not wasting anymore time lol.

Even if you don't find the right combo you can:

-offer yourself to help others for rewards
-party with the wrong people for more clues and to help others

I've only been able to complete a combo, yet, because I'm a female elvaan, I was able to help a considerable number of people to get more clues, and got robe+1, boots, boots+1, gateaux, that log-looking-dessert, candy ring, 3x fireworks, and that's what I even recall. I played for about 1h30 mins.
