Hell the only reason I even mentioned Balthier was giving a nod to the OP, he is a pretty awesome dude.

Being told that kinda pisses me off because I've played so many damn RPGs it's not even funny, and who knows about the other folks, they probably have played a lot, tons of games just don't have very likable or memorable characters... not our fault really.
