Is getting pops for this NM always such a pain in the dick?
I've farmed about a good 20+ hours with a THF friend there (this is total, we camp about 4 hours at a time). And we've only gotten four rattling eggs, and when we did get them, we got all four in one day within about two hours. Is this how it always is? I thought it would be a bit better, considering RMT used to (or do) camp this NM for gil.

Also, how many skins does he normally drop per kill? And can every Ash Lizard in the zone potentially drop an egg, or is it only the few around his pop area? I've been told it's only the ones in his pop area.

Any Ash Lizard can drop in the caudron.

He can drop 1-3 skins iirc and the scythe.

and yes, the drop rate is unholy.
