Obviously you completely missed other peoples posts. KoJ clearly explained the whole linkshell merge. And as I said before, we're not "crying about the unfairness of the universe." I was browsing the Lagsave forums the other day when I came across a comment Jack made about welcoming back Xenora to the LS. I was confused to say the least. Interesting turn of events. I'm gonna have to alert Jack and Slycer of this thread if they haven't been notified of it already, so they can draw their own conclusions and make an informed decision on the matter. Personally, I think Xen needs to say something for himself. I've known Sath not to screw over people like this, and judging from his account, I don't want the possibility of Xen coming back and screwing Lagsave over. We have a lot of dedicated members who don't deserve that.

About Xenora, only knew him briefly from limbus and he would randomly not turn up without saying anything even though online, though I am not sure if he was a proper member or just helping out.

Well, I'm certainly late to this party, aren't I?

I don't wanna post too much in a public thread, but I will say that I respect both Sath and Xenora. The news is all pretty unexpected to me, but I did talk to Xen about it at length today, who told me I should get in touch w/ Sath to get his side of the story. I'm not totally ready to go dishing out judgments just yet, but I will say that I have found Xen to be a dedicated member thus far (as he was in the past). If Xen decides to post here, then you will all get more of the facts that you just don't have right now. He told me he plans to give the gaiters back via a mule and will even PayPal the server transfer fee. You can choose to believe him or not -- your call.

I have heard your warnings and will proceed with caution. Everyone in Lagsave is savvy on our lotting rules, so he wouldn't be able to just steal stuff and run anyway, although honestly I'm not worried.

A few more important points. Please don't judge Fenrir based on Cocanut and Nighteagle, as they are not the people that anyone on Fenrir would want to be chosen to represent us. I'm sure you all have your black sheep as well. Also, Sath wasn't even trying to get an Ares's Cuirass. He obtained the 35 piece in a really odd way during ppl passing and d/cing during timeout and was honestly surprised to find it in his inventory the next day. We all agreed to help him complete it, and he completed the upgrade mostly out of respect for the ls, so that we could claim it as a completed piece of Lagsave. Ftr, it was our 2nd 3/3 Salvage piece, but more like the 5th or 6th to be completed, and we now have 53 completed pieces (since June), iirc. Sath refused to transfer servers before he paid back every gil he borrowed in order to complete the upgrade, and I believe Xen helped him earn most of that.

And yes, Sath is an asshole. I believe that has been quite beneficial to his play style in FFXI.

From my experiences, Sath was a awesome guy. He was a asshole, sure, but one with good intentions and incredibly knowledgeable about in-game mechanics. Always on time, always one of the first to help lead the way. Glad you found a good home buddy.

As for Xen, I don't really know him too well tbh. I've done a few assaults with you guys for AP spammage in Salvage, and listened to quite a few memorable "GOOD LUCK!!!!"(s) =P. Hopefully Xen will stick with his word and do the honorable thing to return the gaiters to you guys.

Also, as Jack said, please do not judge Fenrir by Cocanut/Nighteagle's post.. The reasons are obvious.

We got the Gaiters back yes, didn't get the Osode, which is another 4 mil in LS bank money back but w/e.

This doesn't even begin to make it right. Still have plenty of people loyal to the LS who are Dalm-less, Staff-less, and other issues I have with the way this was handled.

Honestly, if Xenora is reading this, I don't want you, or anyone else to get the impression that this makes any of what you did Ok, and to Jack, my feelings in the PM still stand, and I think we should have an actual conversation regarding it.

I'm not saying what Xenora did was right, but why did you let him take the Dalmatica and Bahamut's staff in the first place if he was such a bad and unreliable member? If there were more deserving members then it should have gone to them. It's r/ex and there isn't anything anyone can do. Yes, taking off after getting some r/ex gear (on top of the ls gear such as gaiters) is very lame, but why did he get the r/ex stuff in the first place if he was such a bad member?
