thought 35 was the last one..but you say mijin now? so i guess it's gessho fight?
have your rdm/nin diaga the clones and kite when they pop ,chainspell will help save them if they have trouble...clones should depop after awhile
i remember doing this and everyone minus me(thf) and a blu dying at like 10% after all clones depopped...very easy to kite just one of them so we won anyway

That's a pretty good set up. All I can recommend is keep your support out of mijin range, and have the PLD kite when the clones come up.

Can you go into more details on how you're losing? I did this with 2 WARs, WHM, RDM.

You may want to have one person kite the clones away, a RDM usually works. Barfira for the 2 Hour, the like.

Best to treat it like a Byakko fight. It gets messier the longer you protract it, so just sprint for the finish line since he doesn't have that much HP. The setup you listed has a lot of healing and debuffing which is good for long fights, but he has a way of running around and doing Sweep kick for 1000+ while the mages are recasting their Stoneskin so it's hard to keep any sort of equilibrium.

Keep him stable until ~50% or so, then assorted 2-hr can probably finish him, especially if your DRK has a reasonable zerg kit. Also, remember BLM can't be interrupted during Manafont so, even if he takes hate, it's possible to curebomb him for the duration of Manafont for a guaranteed ~4-5 shots of merit spells.

My group was PLD RDM BLMx4 and we took it slow just long enough to see that it was a mistake to do so, then we blasted him from ~60% to victory in under a minute.

What everyone else said, RDM doesn't even need to go /NIN but you do need to get fresh stoneskin/blink/phalanx up between the swarms of clones (you have time, it doesn't spam them that much) and crimson legs are a definite bonus.

Can you remember what the MNK wore? I did this twice as NIN/WAR RDM/BLM and WHM/BLM but we failed near the end due to exhausted mp and he did mijin right at 23%. Didn't realize he was so accurate so my eva gear kinda failed. I'm guessing the MNK also ate sushi?

I'm pretty sure that the only thing terribly notable he has is Usu Feet. Otherwise I think he used Shura Body? At one point the MNK and myself (WHM) control wiped, it should have been around 25%, as the RDM held it. The 7 or so minutes full recovery made the end of the battle easier.
