    Gravity vs Movement Speed

Currently in ballista and instead of gravity being resisted, it is saying gravity has no effect (and no the target didn't already have gravity to bein with). She's a 75 thf with strider boots. Every single time we get gravity has no effect and when we do the other thf that doesn't have striders, the gravity lands perfect.

This happened multiple times so I'm not sure for every time, but I know a few of the times, she had flee up. But flee is a 5 min recast and couldn't land a single one on that particular thf the entire match. Will have to try more if she shows up next match.

Sounds like a bug to me, because http://www.bluegartr.com/forum/image...sc/crimson.gif sure doesn't stop gravity on me. Wish the fuck it would.

    >.> I actually kind of enjoy when I have Gravity hit me, with two pieces of Dusk on I can auto-walk, and emote while sliding around.

Always gets funny responses when a taru goes hopping past you in slow motion.

    Re: Gravity vs Movement Speed

There is a bug with the Sprinter's Shoes that I've noticed that if you have the effect up, you can still move even if you get bound--just very, very, slowly. It's like the Bind just zeroes your base movement rate but the 12% or whatever for the shoe's enchantment's effect gets added on afterward.

Shouldn't the enchantment wear off if you get bound anyway?

AoE not targeted on you doesn't get rid of it, nor does it break spectral jig.

What they say is true ;x

Discovered that one in Campaign in Vulk Inlet. Bindga was cast on nearby person and hit me and I moved at 12.5% speed.

Try it in NIN feet, promise you that you wont be moving anywhere.

    Must just be the enchantment.

Maybe the thf is using /sprint? The cooldown is relatively short.

Gravity overwrites sprint, and when you try to activate Sprint while gravitied, nothing happens.

    Re: Gravity vs Movement Speed

Maybe try against a ranger with Strider's on and see if its similar. Thief do have Resist Gravity, maybe its a glitch in what is being displayed, and that thf is just resisting what you casting.
