Week 16 Picks - EXHIBITION EXTRAVAGANZA

    Dallas @ Carolina

    Oakland @ Jacksonville

NY Giants @ Buffalo - Bills don't have anything to play for other than being a spoiler. Don't see them playing hard enough to win this game.

    Green Bay @ Chicago

Cleveland @ Cinci - The Browns offense is way too potent for their own good. This game is going to be a shoot-out (i hope) and I wish I could watch this.

Kansas City @ Detroit - another meaningless game...

Houston @ Indianapolis - followed by another....

Philly @ New Orleans - and (potentially) another...

    Tampa Bay @ San Fran

    Atlanta @ Arizona

Miami @ New England - Going with the over here.

Baltimore @ Seattle - In my opinion, Seattle is one of the most overrated teams in NFL history. They're awesome at beating bad teams but suck against any real competition. They will probably win this game but I'm picking Balty anyway. From Deion Branch to Shaun Alexander.... god I just hate this team.

NY Jets @ Tennessee - The Jets can't pass and Tennessees is awesome at stopping the run.

Washington @ Minnesota - Home game = Adrian Peterson will be breaking ankles.

Denver @ San Diego - Battle of the underachievers. I like LT against this defense.

Probably another boring week of football thanks to there being little to no playoff implications. Oh well, at least we get to watch Tom Brady & Co. lead all the headlines yet again as they close in on their perfect season.

    Edit- forgot the Dallas game.

Dallas at Carolina - Dallas Handily. They have something to prove after the last couple of weeks.

Oakland at Jacksonville - Jax, easily.

Philadelphia at New Orleans - Nawlins try to stay in the playoff hunt.

Kansas City at Detroit - I see detroit bouncing back here.

Cleveland at Cincinnati - I think Cinci pulls the upset here in another shootout (weather permitting).

Green Bay at Chicago - I really think chicago will make a game out of this, but greenbay has a hell of a lot to play for and see them pulling it out.

NY Giants at Buffalo - Everitt will be in attendance. Dick J is possibly the coach of the year. Bills win a squeeker.

Houston at Indianapolis - SOme say this will be close, I say there isn't a large enough point spread for this game.

Atlanta at Arizona - Arizona is starting to get healthy, they get the win.

Tampa Bay at San Francisco - Fuck Mike Nolan

Baltimore at Seattle - Seattle ALWAYS plays well at home.

Miami at New England - I think this is a close game. Players need to impress the tuna, their jobs are on the line. Fins have a top in the league pass defense. I do see the pats winning of course, but I think it's close due to Brady trying to force the pass a bit too much against that defense in an effort to catch manning before he faces that d. line of NYG.

    NY Jets at Tennessee - J E T S JETS JETS JETS

Washington at Minnesota - HUGE playoff implications. I think the washington D can hold AP to under 100, and put it on the shoulders of jackson. So, if jackson plays well as he has 4 of the last 5, vikings win, if he plays like last week, they lose. Gonna go with washington.

Denver at San Diego - Chargers continue roll into the playoffs with big wins.

I'm guessing you didn't watch the Pats vs Dolphins game at the start of the season Tyche? Their pass defense got Moss'd all day and if the weather permits they will again. The Dolphins Pass D only looks good on paper because their running defense is in the shits. People don't pass on the Dolphins because it's so easy to run.

Brady had 6 TD's in that game....

Welker had 2, Moss 2, and Donte even had 1.

49-28 end score, I forget when brady was taken out.

Edit:: Cassel started the 4th quarter. Then Brady took over for his 6th TD, and he didn't play the rest of the game.

I think everyone is fully aware of what the pats are capable of doing given ideal weather conditions. Ive said on several occasions that they are the best warm weather/dome team I've ever seen. Still doesn't change my opinion of how this game will play out. Thinking maybe 30-14ish, probably closer going into the 4th, with 3 TDs by brady.

I agree, was just saying that the Fin's defensive backs are every bit as shitty as their run defense.

Re: Week 16 Picks - EXHIBITION EXTRAVAGANZA

Every bit as shitty is a stretch. Just because they don't have an obscene amount of picks doesn't mean they don't have a decent pass D. Even arguing stats in this game is stupid though. Everytime the fins/pats play, records and stats really don't count for shit. Terrible dolphins teams have beat the pats 3 years strait. Like I said, I don't think they'll win, but the fins have a lot to play for...it's called employment. 22+ is a huge spread.

Re: Week 16 Picks - EXHIBITION EXTRAVAGANZA

    Dallas @ Carolina

    Oakland @ Jacksonville

NY Giants @ Buffalo - Although Buffalo has been knocked out of the playoffs picture, Dick Jauron has showed how much of an awesome coach he is this season. He took a very injured, young, lots of rookie team and made them a force to be reckoned with. There are by no means a championship team this season, but if you faced them there were not to be taken lightly. That notion can be sealed with a win over NYG.

Green Bay @ Chicago - Whether you like them or not, the Chicago defense played their hearts out on MNF. They are going to give GB a run for their money. But as the law of the universe goes: Chicago always beats GB at Lambeau and GB always beats Chicago at Soldier Field.

    Cleveland @ Cinci -

    Kansas City @ Detroit -

Houston @ Indianapolis - I'm picking Houston for the upset here. Houston is also a kind of under the radar team. They've upset some big teams this season and their backup QB, Sage Rosenfels, is actually pretty damn good (I want the Bears to get him).

    Philly @ New Orleans -

    Tampa Bay @ San Fran

    Atlanta @ Arizona

    Miami @ New England -

    Baltimore @ Seattle -

NY Jets @ Tennessee - Is Pennington returning again?

    Washington @ Minnesota -

    Denver @ San Diego -

Re: Week 16 Picks - EXHIBITION EXTRAVAGANZA

The week after a team plays the pats, they have something like a 2-11 record. I'd have to double check the exact stat, but I know it's a horrible percentage. I just think pennington will step up >.>

Yeah they are urging Panther fans to do that tonight at the game lol. I will be at the Panthers game also, Go Cowboys! Not really, but at this point the entire city as well as myself want John Fox, his coaches and our shitty GM Marty Hurney to GTFO. It would be nice if the Panthers play good, if by chance they do indeed win it could give Fox and the coaching staff support to "Stay" one more season.

Nah, Everyone just thinks he is overrated. Which he is, someone will undoubtedly reply to this with "stats" and 151 reasons to why Young does not suck.

    Dallas @ Carolina

    Oakland @ Jacksonville

NY Giants @ Buffalo - Maybe not a smart pick, but I'm going with my heart because I just hope they can win with Kevin showing up to the game tomorrow. (Weather permitting.)

    Green Bay @ Chicago -

Cleveland@ Cinci - I think Cincy will win this 65-64 on a last second field goal try by Phil Dawson that hits the middle post and bounces all the way to the other side of the field and goes through the Bengals side of the goal post.

Kansas City @ Detroit- Detroit is gonna go 6-10 this year! STEP UP YO!

    Houston@ Indianapolis -

    Philly@ New Orleans -

    Tampa Bay @ San Fran

    Atlanta @ Arizona

    Miami @ New England -

    Baltimore @ Seattle -

NY Jets @ Tennessee - Going with Tennessee because they are playing for their playoff lives. I don't like VY either, but eh. He's better than Chad. D:

    Washington @ Minnesota -

    Denver @ San Diego -

Oh and GL and be safe at the game Norelco, I personally am rooting for the Bills. I'd happily swap places with you lol. Seeing the Panthers get walloped in person isn't going to be very exciting.

What does not liking a player have to do with him winning games? The Jets suck lol, theres no reason anyone would pick them to beat the Titans.

I dunno how anyone could pick Miami at this point. If their defense wasn't starting third stringers, full of old guys with concussions (Hi Zach, I still love you), and Jason Taylor and Vonnie Holliday actually did something, then it might be a close game. I keep saying it every year, but maybe next year Miami will be above .500.

I wasn't saying there was any correlation, I was just clarifying the hate -vs- overrated issue. And yes, the Jets do indeed suck.
