Happyfeetz is an Ifrit shell, unless there is another shell with that name on Pandemonium. I believe the shellholder is Eyuni, but I can be mistaken.

Was in my shell for a minute~ Happyfeetz from Ifrit, we were rebuilding after a bunch of people jumped servers but more people jumped so we broke. Can't really say much since we didn't do much while in rebilding phase. Came to some events and seemed ok. Didn't talk much that I saw so don't know them well though.

This person also applied to my LS (LoA), and it is my understanding that he has also to LMXVII. Nothing wrong with applying to several LS at once, especially if youre from a different server and you hardly know anyone on your new server. Kinda like looking for a job. But Ive seen this thread up for several days now, and no one from Pandy say anything about this person.

Doesnt "anyone" know him?
