I'll gladly recommend my former linkshell, FraggleForce (and its sister social & sky/sea groups as well). I was an event leader with the group before I made the move into hardcore endgame with TAL.

http://thefraggles.sycodesigns.com is the website. They've been on a kick lately of mostly Glacier, Xarc and Dreamlands zones.
