They don't cure/raise anyone, so they don't share hate with pixies. I'm pretty sure they dont also count for the "killing alot of them lowers their amount" thing.

There are no good pixie camps. By far the highest level ones are the Sidhe (pronounced "she" just in case you didn't know) and they're only in that one area.

As far as the testing, maybe get someone to kill them all, but have several people there with bottled pixies and release them after the slaughter to see if that speeds up repops.

The Sidhe take exactly one game day to repop. Cyclonic Wind or w/e is a bitch, dispels all buffs, including RR and Food and does ~600-800 damage. Also There are 2 wind elemental pops (VT to 75 BLU) and they pop fairly frequently. There are only 15 spawns in the glade, so given that + the one game day repop, you can pull in ~3000/xp an hour, if you're lucky with unbroken chains. Add to this the cost of Food, Shihei, and RR, it is not a viable solo camp.

Also, Pixie hate is for sure a myth. Don't know if anyone ever tested this previously, but after killing 200 Sidhe, I still get Raises and Cures from Pixies (even while I'm fighting one >.>)

And before I hear "You're an evil person!" or whatever, I couldn't convince anyone else to test the Pixie Hate Myth, so I took it upon myself to do so.

This is only a recent development, from WOTG release untill the June update they used to be on a 5 minute timer. Drg/Whm Absolutly destroys these due to piss-poor defence, low hp and piercing weakness, i can almost One shot some of them with Penta (Probably more chance now i have Drakesbane). Used to be able to get chain 7+ easy solo. I kept this camp a secret for a long time to keep it from crowding and used to solo many many merits there, completely un-noticed for months. The XP/hour was insane back then. I brought a good friend who i knew wouldnt blab about it one time and we could get chain 15's constantly before having to wait a short time for repops and start again.
We went back there after the June update and cleared the area, and the buggers didnt repop for over 30 mins. Never been back since

Anyone notice Yagudo High Priests outside Castle Oztroja [S] dropping Bottled Pixies extremely often? I killed 3 in a row and got 3 bottles in a row, quite odd.

I heard it in a rumor a while ago but just today confirmed it, does anyone else have a similar experience? I'll probably go try the High Priests again to get a better idea of this.

The rumor was that they dropped them 100% of the time btw.

I just want to say they have been dropping them nearly every time I've killed them though. There were just a few kills that didn't drop.

In fact today alone I got five bottled pixies off of the High Priest in front of Oztroja.

I had to farm 5 of these for The Forbidden Path a few weeks back and we used the High Priest in front of Oztroja [S]. Went 5/5, just wish there was more then 1 pop in the zone.

Hmm. Thanks for the info : ). Now I can release some pixies for fun XD. But I'll prob need help to kill the high preist in front of the castle S lol

I would like to further add to this Yagudo High Priest madness, but every kill of the one in Meriphataud I've seen now since my last post has had a pixie drop, and has every kill of the ones in Oztroja. Considering this, I would definitely say this is the go-to mob to farm for Bottled Pixie. I can't offer any insight in to where other YHP pop, but there should be 5 in Meriphataud according to the DATs and nearly 20, more likely dangerous to pull, High Priests in Oztroja.

(Also when the hell did they add Treasure Coffers to meriphataud's NPC list?)
