In fact I've secreted more coherent endings than what Assassin's Creed had.
You obviously haven't read the link I posted in the Assassin's Creed thread a few weeks ago... if you read that shit you would be pumped for AC2.Originally Posted by Mysterio

Not pumped...
More looking forward to another Prince of Persia, lol
Of course the stupid inscriptions are a tie-in to the sequel, I mean duh.
The headmaster suddenly turning into Gandalf the Wizard at the end is ridiculous, and was actually laughable.
My friend and I laughed when that sequence unfolded.
AC was a great game, with horrible flaws. That being said, i absolutely cannot wait for the sequels.

The game really wasn't that bad... was it repetitive? sure. But I enjoyed it. FFXI was repetitive and I played it for almost 3 years.Originally Posted by Norelco
I'm not trying to imply by any means that the game was bad. I did personally enjoy it, and the story line got me hooked. It has a lot of nice things going for it, but at the same time it needs to set some things straight for the sequels. As I had always said about the game, instead of having the player do the same 8 things, they should have mixed it up with completely different ways of gathering intel for every different assassination...Anyways, this is definitely a must play for anyone imo ;3
nom nom nom
Assassin's Creed if anything should be a cool inspiration for other possible games in that genre.
The graphics, the scale, the combat, the animation and fluidity is all really wonderful to watch.

My biggest gripe about AC was the story. It wasn't a complete story, it just seemed like a trailer for the upcoming sequels. They should have told less of the present day arc and left it more of a mystery or they should explained more about present day and given it more closure. Jade needs to take a lesson from Mel Gibson in story structure.
It was kinda like Watching the Sixth Sense for the first time, but only they unveil Bruce Willis is a ghost at the start instead of at the very end.
