Merit: Banish Effect

Your two main WHMs that show up to every event should each have Cure casting time merited, while 1 has Regen merited and the other has Barspells merited.

Also, who cares if the MNK used sushi; if everyone eats meat and no one sucks then you end up stopping at chain 20 or so each time due to waiting 1-2min+ for repops.

On the Japanese FFXI, I think Banish merit's description is written as something along the lines of:

"Each merit increases 2 points of Magic Attack of Banish, and the duration of special def down effect extends by 2 seconds."

So if Banish uses a similar formula as Elemental nukes, I am guessing it increases the Magic attack in the MATK/MDEF part? Only a WHM60 here, so didn't do much research on WHM yet, but I thought it might just be a bad translation on our English version, so I checked a few Japanese WHM sites, and they all have it says "Banish's Magic Attack", while Ice Potency of BLM, it would say "Ice element's Magic Attack" in the Japanese version.

Who has ever seen a WHM with a Moldavite Earring.... I have.

Not saying this person was the brightest bulb, just saying people gonna do what they want. It's a game. They think it's fun to cast Banish all the time as WHM while their tank dies, so be it. I just don't want to be in that guy's party.
