For work and casual I wear these.

Nice pair of Puma's, they are pretty comfortable and are easy to move around in. They go well with just about everything, especially the newer cuts of jeans now days, they fit well at the cuff of the pants.

When the snow gets a little too heavy I wear these around, they are not boots, in fact they are more like the skate shoes I grew up wearing.

Nice pair of Bostonians, paid about 120 for them which was about 30 percent off at the time and have been worth every penny. They took some time to break in due to me not wearing them that often, but now they are the most comfortable dress shoes I have ever had.

Also what I have show depends on your personal style, but any pair of these shoes can go with whatever I normally wear with the exception of professional dress. In that case I would go with some Bostonians, they come in a variety of styles and the quality they are made with is excellent.

This is the right answer. They look nice even with Dockers. I just got Puma Teku as a gift (red too), cool addition to my other sets of Pumas lol.

Wow Tyche, really liking those shoes you posted up.
Looking to order em online because most of the shoe stores around where I live absolutely suck due to poor stock.
Anyways how do they run size-wise; big, small etc.? I wear like an 11.5 Reebok sneakers but like a 10.5 in my dress shoes, trying to decide what size to order.
