Too much MND bad for Chi Blast damage, or some kinda fluke?

Also, I was under the impression that SE said Chi Blast and Spirits Within would affect the magic reduction levels, but they themselves wouldn't be affected.

Spirits within is definitely affected, Also, spirits 'resists' on besieged mobs a lot(if not most of the time for me...) not sure if it can resist on normal mobs/nms thou...

SW and Chi Blast are definitely affected by the magic resistance, but like Aurik said; it resets very quickly.
You won't notice it unless all the MNKs are Chi Blasting at the same time.

I'm pretty much the only MNK in my shell right now, consistently. How much the BLMs are nuking, I have no idea.

Right now, I think I'm just chalking it up to some really bad string of resist. Probably payback for that 1500+ one I did a few weeks prior to upgrading my gear. =o
