I don't think people realize how hard it is to be a good announcer. 99% of it is just having a voice that doesn't get annoying after 3 hours. I'm willing to bet that most of the people here don't have an easy to listen to monotone voice and no weird/annoying speech habits. There's a reason why theres so few *good* broadcasters out there. They really don't though, lol. That's what you're not getting. You guys are a one trick pony with one of the best decision makers at QB. Sure you've got a great offense but a running game and solid defense are what gets you the rings. Period. The Pat's don't run and their defense is finally beginning to be exploited like they SHOULD HAVE BEEN from week 6. Their secondary is weak against big powerful WR's and RB's. The Colts and Jacksonville possess both of those on top of having stronger defenses.

I'm sorry i use overall defensive stats in order to back up my arguments, i forgot stats are all bullshit. Single digit in all fields on defense, yet apparently they eat shit, hmmm. So they are tops in the league on defense, but they suck compared to the colts/jags in running...

Yeah, that time the pats had the 2nd best scoring defense. They barely break the top 5 in that stat now. The pats aren't playing as well as they were playing earlier in the season on either side of the ball (maybe it's the cold weather). First 10 games their defense was great (maybe a product of that outstanding offense), but since the eagles game they've allowed almost 20 points a game, which is really average . I don't think anyone is saying that they'll lose, but they are going to be playing MUCH tougher opponents than the giants, ravens, and eagles...teams that have prolific offenses that will not make amateur mistakes at the end of games as those 3 did. In the playoffs, teams will be playing with just as much, if not more ferocity as those 3 teams played with. Any rational pats fan should realize that they aren't going to roll anyone in the playoffs if they don't step up that defense.

No one is QQ'ing lol. I'm simply pointing out that your team is one of the best of all time at scoring points but what gets you the hardware is running the ball, managing the clock and playing lights out defense. Right now, the Pat's are only doing 1 of those 3; managing the clock.

And yes, if you follow a lot of football you'd know stats mean shit in the playoffs. Exploiting other teams through matchups is what gets you wins in the post-season. When you're playing in the playoffs EVERY TEAM is tops in some stats.

So the fuck what if you're top 10 in said retarded defensive stat.

Having your offense hold the ball for 45 minutes of every game and scoring 30 points in the first half forcing the opponents to do exactly what you expect has nothing to do with their low scoring defense or anything.

They definitely didn't give up 30ish+ points whenever the games were close the whole way or anything either.
