7/10 - was ok but didn't wow me, average
Hard Candy was fucking "boss". I didn't realize it was the same girl until you just brought it up. Really really enjoyed this movie.

That girl is amazing.
I saw it a few days ago and was disappointed, it wasn't terrible but it wasn't half as funny as i thought it'd be.
Just saw the movie last night after reading this thread, and I enjoyed it a lot. The acting was great, I loved the Dwight cameo.
The movie had depth to it, which I liked, and more importantly, didn't spoon-feed you some of that deeper meaning.
My one question is, where in the US do people talk like that? All high schools? I'm a 3rd year undergrad atm, so not far removed from highschool, but our lingo sure as hell was not like that.
Same, although, Arrested Development and Futurama are my favorite shows/animated series of all time, and both ended prematurely. Makes you wonder if the US-way of keeping a show on so long as it gets ratings (like most sitcoms) is flawed. Thinking out loud, but it may be just the way our culture breeds us -- that if we find something pleasurable, we just have to have an indeterminate amount, constantly, to keep us satiated. I was so shocked when I watched the British version of the office, seeing as how it ended after 3 seasons (my reaction was "wtf only 3 seasons?")Originally Posted by Viq
