Is there a macro that will target mobs already claimed by other ppl? Its a pain to try an cycle through 40 ppl hitting a mob in a Campaign Battle. Thx![]()

Press F8 to target the nearest NPC
or use
/ta <stnpc>
you could always /assist playername.
I hate tabbing through the mobs and getting the stupid ass npcs.
F8 and <stnpc> will target friendly NPCs, so what you really want is /targetopp to target the nearest opponent.
Actually I haven't tested this but I've been told it works.
I just target someone hitting something, then /assist on them and I'm in.
I just fight in less crowded zones, and pull mobs off to the side out of the horde, to avoid AoE spam, and to prevent being raped by the next wave on the way.
Unfortunately there are no easy commands besides /assist "whoever".
If I wasn't tanking things, I would use a macro like this.
/assist <stpc>
/wait 1
/attack <t>
I used that in Sky a lot, and in smaller manned Dynamis with a couple of tanks.
This is the correct answer. It's a lot easier to find a player who's attacking something than it is to find an <stnpc> that's actually a mob that's already being attacked.Originally Posted by Max™
