Just got my account hacked today.. Both main Xbosskee and mule Bosskee had all the gear and gil taken. While I made the call to POL to give notice of what had happen I was able to get on the mule Bosskeex. Both character ended up in Alexander.. I was told to run around and check the mules in Batallia Downs. I found a mule with most my signed gear.. Omorie is the characters name. I been on waiting for a GM for the last 3 hours.. Im just hoping GM responds and locates the person or people behind this.. Hopefully the "Roll Back" will get my gear back..

I did a search on Omorie.. He also has another charachter named Crominal in Battalia Downs if you ever see him.. His other profiles though are on hidden.

Yes, they do not do any prorating on start/reactivating time.

Way i see it, i waited 5-6 months so i can wait till June rolls over to actually reactivate.

Hopefully i can get the restore.... then my waiting wouldn't completely be in vain.

I have a friend who was hacked last august, it was swiped by rmt and they got his account banned, he's contacted them quite a few times and have yet to even get the email about ISP. Feel sorry for him ;/ pretty sure they cleaned his account out too.

As for me, mine was ganked in feburary and Ive gotten the email about what ISp I used.

Well, just got off the phone and my account has be re-locked so now its back to the waiting game for me...

I was somehow able to reactivate my content ID using the hacker's CC which made me laugh pretty hard... During the unfrozen period of my account hack, my character was used as a RMT farm bot on Sylph (had thf 75 which kinda explains why they attacked my account twice) so when i logged in, it wasn't that much a surprise to find almost 3 million in gil on her, which is 2.5 million MORE than what my account was hacked with, not to mention the 83 darksteel ores that she was lugging around... I went ahead and made a mule and now have to wait to have it transfered back to Odin once, if ever, this character emigration is over with. December 11th, i hope, here I come!

So, I logged off yesterday and went to sleep. This morning I tried to log onto my account and I apparently have the wrong password or ID. At this point I'm certain my account has been compromised so I've checked the POL website. Right now I'm waiting on the POL Info. Center webchat, which doesn't seem like it's going to go through any time soon. I've tried calling, but I'm constantly getting busy tones.

I'm lost and confused right now. Can anyone help me out here?

Well I've just been hacked as well. Waiting for POL but you know SE customer service. It sucks balls to say the least. I'm sure this has been brought up before but I have my password 'memorized' by POL which rules out a key logger...why can't they update POL to encrypt the password...

My account was hacked today as well. Sometime between 2am when I logged off and 4pm when I tried to log in. I'm trying to use the webchat, since I keep getting a busy signal on the phone.

Yesterday must have been a big day for new hackings. I tried calling about mine and the number was busy, so I got on webchat and waited there 2hrs and got nothing. Their web box never even said anything about them closing when 6pm their time rolled around, it just kept saying an agent with be with you momentarily (good thing I had nothing better to do).

I called them last night at 8:30PM EST, and luckily after hitting redial for 20 minutes actually got a spot in line before they closed at 9PM EST. I actually did not hear from someone until 10PM EST, and as always, they seem to be in a huge rush to get you off the phone. I mean.. they're nice and rude all at the same time.

I've been waiting 2.5 weeks since my account was hijacked, still waiting for the email.

5.5 months... almost everybody that's been waiting as long as me seems to be getting their accounts back; jeny,sparthos,twig,ravenskye,etc... makes me think they are close to getting mine done, but OF COURSE, the RMTs decide to do another major hacking spree which will probably push mine several more months away... goddamnit, anybody up for a trip to China and raiding some sweatshops... So i filed the game data recovery after swearing to the terms SE set up regarding it and my account is hopefully in the cooker now.

Im gonna hope that this takes as short a time because im on pins and needles waiting to see if this game data recovery works... pins and needles SE!

Hopefully this all fixes itself, im really hoping it does.
