Technically leviathan is jewish, behemoth is arabic, ziz is a derivation of simurgh (which is persian) and most of the demons/spirits/monsters are either taken from or based off other older cultures. I'm not entirely 100%, but I think the horsemen are greek.

In proper Christian mythology, angels aren't beings like humans as much as a sect. They have massive variations in size, shape, personality, etc. Same with demons. There are also a LOT of named Demon lords with different powers and areas to rule over. There is a lot there if you look in the right places, like Dante.
