The latest I've heard is that the woman was in an accident while Randy was away. She doesn't have health insurance, so she's been trying to get Randy to pay for it.

Moss hasn't technically been accussed of anything. She took out a restraining order, which can be obtained with little or no evidence supporting it's necessity (off topic: restraining orders being fairly easy to get is a good thing more often than not).

Yeah. Just watched his interview on Outside the Lines. They are saying battery, and he's saying he'd never hit a woman. He said if it's battery, he's no way guilty of any battery, but an accident, maybe. Also it's a friend of eleven years and being extorted for six figures which is crazy. The whole situation really makes no sense as he explained it. How can he deny her medical attention when she has her own house and car? Anyway, I'm not sure whate else, but the interview was definitely entertaining. He didn't seem like he had anything to hide.

Also, it's funny listening to Randy Moss talk though. His country accent and "ya'll" just make me chuckle for some reason. was listening to Rome yesterday when the pacman story broke, he was in the middle of talking about what a great person Grant Hill is when he got the news about pacman. it was absolutely hilarious to hear him go from praising someone to condemning another in the span of 5 seconds. Well, he's no Pacman or anything at least and he's a good teammate when he's on a good team. (Bad teammate for Oakland, but who isn't?) If it's one thing about Moss I like, he's an entertaining interview. He's way more entertaining than Owens at least.. you know, when TO isn't crying like Romo did last year. Either way, I don't think he did anything in this incident. I'm watching Jim Rome atm. I lol'd at the stuff he said about Pacman. "If there's one thing he's guilty of, it's being stupid."
