Tiger's Eye, Magus? Salmon wrapped in Squid, then cooked (I dunno if its baked, haven't ever seen that part of the process). We serve it with the mayonaise they use in California rolls, and the spicy sauce in cajun/other spicy non-monofish rolls (i.e. Spicy Tuna) on the side.

Popular with women, tastes pretty good.
