Well then they're just bad managers, but I have generally experienced similar things. Though on the other end of the spectrum, my male supervisors have pretty much left me out to dry with absolutely zero management support.

My direct boss is a female. She's the coolest boss I've ever had. Her direct boss is a female. She's the biggest two-faced lazy cuntbag ever. Her direct boss is a male. He doesn't do much either.

I'm very lucky too right now in the fact that I work with all men and I absolutely love it. I work for an IT company and the building I work out of has only 1 woman working there, who is basically our secretary/office manager. Shes about 100 years old and is the sweetest old lady I've ever seen. She brings in baked goods she makes all the time, and gives people birthday cards and whatnot.

The job I worked in before this had a woman as the head of our IT department and my God she was a bloody puss-filled vagina in every sense of the meaning. She was a mean, manipulative, micro managing cunt and I hated her so much. Her mood used to sway from one end of the spectrum to the next like 10 times a day and I would get the brunt of it. I was so happy when I quit that job, I just wish I would have told her off before I left.
