WAR af feet and double attack

Does anyone know the exact double attack %+ that the Fighter's Calligae give? Everywhere I look says 1% but when I use them and then unequip them for something else, I notice that I double attack a lot less than the 1% difference of my Fighter's Calligae should make.

Could anyone tell me if they really are more than 1% or am I just noticing it more for psycoligical reasons?

I personally haven't noticed a significant difference between other feet choices. Im happy with adaman till I can get my hands on Amir but really at higher levels, AF feet really won't help your DoT like the 2 choices i mentioned.
