Spoiler: show
indeed
I rly liked the episode... u know they can't kill off Cameron but it still builds a lot of suspense... I hope that other bitch dies now, so annoying and fake
I swear, if they show Riley in intensive care later on, I'll be really pissed.
That episode made my week just cause they killed off one of T.Vs most annoying characters.
Perhaps friday's episode wasn't great, but future episodes promise to be... mindblowing? dohohohoho.
Anyways, I guess I'm the only person who liked Riley.
As if Jessie isn't just as bad? She started out good but has just become "meh" w/no real objective.. She is essentially going directly against future John's plans and that would make her a traitor to the resistance's cause? I'm sorry, but if John sent back Cameron to protect John, why would she sneak back to the past to eliminate her.
And the fight between Riley and Jessie was pretty awesome imo
I agree, Riley fought much better than I would've thought, although she probably should've expected a gun.
I'm going to miss Riley. When she was introduced she was a fun, interesting character and she represented an opportunity for John to develop his personality, something he sorely needs. She got sort of annoying after her origin was revealed but I was still hoping she'd spill everything to John and they'd be able to move forward together somehow without Jesse's influence. Now that she's gone we're going to be stuck with mopey John for the foreseeable future, but I get the decision.
I think they're looking to rekindle and develop sexual tension between John and Cameron. Pretty obvious foreshadowing during the scene with Cameron in her underpants last week(why thank you, director).
In what was no doubt an intentional bit of irony, Cameron showed more humanity and compassion than Jesse.
I think last week's episode set the tone for the season finally. Jessie(sp) is gonna make it look like Cameron killed off Riley, and now John has the self-destruct button. Granted.... killing of Cameron would make the awesome show's low ratings go even lower (lol), and it will never happen since Glau is a main cast member, but i wouldn't be surprised if they build up tension in that direction more then just for 1-2 episodes.
I want them to get back to the Ellison/Weaver story line and have John/Cameron/Derrick/Sarah get caught up in that. Has some potential to be totally bad ass w/ Cromartie coming back.. And I have been kinda surprised they haven't tied any links between the two stories in any sort of reliable way yet
Episode was a let down (imo). Don't like how since Riley was killed everyone (aside John) just auto-wants to kill Cameron. Feels so fake since there is very little reason for em all to jump the gun towards her so fast... On a side note, rly liked the Weaver/Elison part![]()
Did you not think it was super creepy how Summer Glau can pull off a perfect emotionless expression during that phonecall to John using Riley's voice?
The "I love you" at the end. Chilling.
Man Jesse is really starting to lose it. Her little OCD with the lamp almost made her seem metal. Perfect way to get John though.
Who else would they suspect? Cameron has a history of acting unilaterally to address "security threats," which is how she saw Riley, add in the garage scene John walked in on and it's not only a reasonable conclusion but from their perspective the only reasonable conclusion.
I'm hoping when John checked her corpse, he came to the conclusion there was no way in hell Cameron did it. If you're an emotionless killing machine sent back from the future, you don't rough your target up a little before putting a bullet in their chest. You just fucking shoot them from the start. I know he looked at the blood and such under her nails, so if Cameron wouldn't show signs of scratch marks, it'd only help her innocence since her skin still needs time to heal, too.
Yeah i guess that's true... none aside Derrick know about Jesse so their only choice would be to think Cameron did it. Still not too thrilled w/how it played out since we r just watching as John figures out it wasn't Cameron... but not like he can know it's jessie since he has no idea who she is. Kinda figured Derrick would of been a little more suspicious then he was, especially when he said something like < "wow, you really had this all planned out" > to Jessie.
I do agree w/ Arus thou... Riley looked beat up and had multiple bruise marks. Not a clean kill like Cameron would do
I don't think I've ever been more happy with this T.V show then that "I'm not John Connor" line.
