^I'm sorry but when you have time traveling, alternate dimensions, and freaking terminators waltzing around; it completely throws "realism" out of the window.

I think that reference is kind of irrelevant. My statement was in reference to realism in terms of the Terminator universe; thought that was obvious, considering Terminators in general don't exist, to begin with - regardless of how plausible their design actually is. By your logic, if Derek dodged the bullet, tore the Terminator to shreds using his bare hands, and left without even a scratch on him, it wouldn't matter because the show already "throws realism out the window."

In other words, it's very realistic for a Terminator to be able to just headshot a human and walk past like nothing happened.

In fiction the author establishes the world and then must live in it. In the world of this show, Terminators are superior to normal humans in combat.

Ratings make everyone assume its going to be canceled since Fox doesn't care how good the show is, only the amount of money it bring them. But this (and Dollhouse) won't be officially renewed/canceled until sometime in late-May (after movies release). So anybody saying it's alrdy been canceled/ renewed is just trolling/speculating.

I would like to believe it may be renewed because the show is awesome and will be one of the better shows currently running to be canceled. If the movie does well then I would be floored for the show to be canceled since the movie will only draw more attention to the show. If the movie bombs then well... yeah, low ratings and a movie that didn't pull much money isn't gonna entice Fox.

Well, just saw the episode and it was really awesome. Liked the twists and wasn't expecting all that; Weaver potentially having the same interests as John, etc. Even if it's the last episode, it was indeed an epic ending.

For some reason or another I never got around to watching the season finale...just got done watching it today and my fucking god was it epic. The stripping scene with Cameron was greatness. Unbeknownst to me, I started making a croaking sound with my throat when she took off her shirt and said, “Get on top of me.”

I REALLY want a third season after seeing that ending. Either way though at least it ended on an extremely high note. By far the greatest episode of the series.

So i had been thinking about the jump to the future at the end of the season finale. Sarah tells john "i'll fix it" just before he leaps into post judgement day where no one knows who he is.

Not knowing whether sarah actually came through time as all we hear is her voice.

I wonder what sarah changed in the past to make it to where everyone doesn't know who john is. The show is about changing johns fate by saving the world from judgement day. Obviously only one occured, johns fate seemed to of changed because he's not known as the resistance leader but judgement day still happened.

He couldn't be the leader if he never existed. It's like in season 1 when they jumped into the future. He himself never existed between those years he skipped. So if he skipped judgment day, he was never there to be the leader. So he was never known.

So I don't think its anything Sarah changed to make people not know him...they simply don't know him because he never was.

It wouldn't have mattered until he actually traveled to the future. Therefore, his and thus everybody elses future changed once he traveled. Such as the future always changed when somebody came back.
