Them cancelling T:SCC before salvation release is just plain retarded (putting all other retarded factors aside) if salvation is as awesome as it should be. Salvation would not only boost ratings, but would create a surge of DvD sales since ppl would want to give the show a chance and see what's up before S3.
What's the probability of the show being picked up by Sci-Fi channel? I know the idea was tossed around before it was officially cancelled

The movement from the fanbase to convince Fox to renew TSCC was pretty spectacular. It kinda reminded me of the people trying to get Mother 3 stateside. It's a shame that they decided not to renew it especially when the new movie is coming out.

I blame this on Summer Glau. She's 2/2 on being on good shows that get the plug pulled before their time.

Critics reviews usually mean squat, and I never listen to them, I always go by word of mouth from friends. For this instance I'm going off previews and also a fan of the series since the movie isn't out, but I expect the movie to be awesome. McG directing it means nothing to me, Charlie's Angels sucked because it was Charlie's Angels....McG's work on Supernatural has been fantastic.

When I went to see Star Trek the film reel had a white-out moment (or w/e they call it) that lasted for about 5-10 minutes as they put it back on the track... Got a refund (cause I bitched during the incident) and a free ticket (given after the movie finished) that I plan to use for Terminator... So I'm seeing it regardless!

Have a question about Terminator Mythology... gonna spoiler tag it because it might tie into a spoiler for the movie (I read a IGN comment that may have spoiled it for me, but it may not be the actual ending so dunno)

is future Connor supposed to be dead and rly a machine (well wasn't always dead, but died somewhere along the way)? I read in a leaked Salvation ending it showed Connor being made into a machine, but then I heard it was taken out... but if was left in, the movie would of actually solidified itself in Terminator mythology. And I remember somebody earlier in the thread saying he was/is a machine is the future.

So kinda curious if this has just been rumors/hypothesis's floating around, or if its actually true in some timeline (assuming the future turns out the way it was originally written). Each future is diff depending on the writer (Cameron should do another movie)... but wondering what the general consensus was/is
