Nyzul Floor 80 Drop Rate

Askar & Goliard... only took 0/16 first ^^

Congrats As far as my static goes, we get about a drop about 1/3 of the time on 80s, and 1/4 on 100s. Lower floors we get drops about half of the time.

My static cleared floor 80 for the first time the other day. 2/3 on drops :D 1 Askar, 1 Goliard! Time to farm 4 more Askar and 1 more Goliard. lolDenali.

Haven't farmed floor 80 for a while but we will be this week. Me and the RDM are the only members without at least 1 body, and Goli Saio is the last piece I need to go 5/5, been waiting for it for 7 months. I've had the hat since like September.

Hope it finally drops.

not really on topic but you say you're 0/15 on floor 100, so does the warp to hp trick still work? our static will get two discs to 95+ in near future and i hope we can all get the right weapon before we clear a whole disc.

The warp trick still works in that you get to farm floor 100, but you lose the 100% drop on a hat doing that.

I'm not sure if 80 rates are different than the rest of it, but with TH3 we had a solid 1/15 span recently. We changed the THF to SAM and went with no TH and faster killspeed, and immediately went 4/5(2 of those don't count though, fecking Trews). I have yet to see TH(or the lack thereof) make a noticeable difference in Nyzul.

It's just random, that's all, same as Dynamis. Sometimes it's awesome, sometimes it blows, usually it's somewhere in between leaning towards blowing.

Haha, that last paragraph really sums up the droprate, well put. Incidentally, one night last week we went 2/2 with TH1, then switched in a TH3 THF and got no more drops the rest of the evening.

I do think TH makes a difference in Nyzul, but sometimes it just doesn't seem that way.

My group's had ridiculous luck with Floor 20/40/60 and decent luck on 80, till about around Christmas. From then till last Sunday, we went about 1/20 on drops w/ TH4. All we got was Goliard. Tonight we went 3/4, Askar x2 and Goliard. It's random as hell, just pray the gods are with you and bring TH4 for best results. All I can say is press on; sometimes you get drops, sometimes you don't.

I'd agree with that. You just have to keep on doing it and hope for the best. It kind of helps that Nyzul runs are fun as hell.

We have had one or two long dry streaks, but recently it's been more reliable, ticks along at a decent rate, enough to keep everyone happy. For the record though, on 80 we just seem to get Askar and a bit of Denali - Goli Saio has been very rare. Last night we ran 80 three times and got yet more Askar, and of course the Saio is the only piece I have left to go 5/5. Haha, nevermind, Nyzul is still something I look forward to each week.

Indeed. Hydra can either be your best friend or your worst enemy. No physical shield makes for a 30 second battle (with h2 or course), otherwise you're in for a long battle. He normally seems to either spam it, or never do it at all, and the spam typically comes to us when we have less than 5 minutes left.

My group is 1/5 (Askar Korazin) on floor 80.

The only other floor we've farmed extensively is 20 and we saw 6 askar, 6 denali, and ONE Goliard drop out of about 25 runs.

Out of pity for me being 0/5 Goliard (only pieces I could lot,) we're 4/40+ on goliard for F20 since September or so and spammed it for two weeks straight ... we only need an askar and goliard feet for the new members in our static and kissing F20 goodbye. We've had 1/30+ or so rate for goliard on F80 with TH4, but have gotten 5 (3 denali, 2 askar korazins) to drop with TH4. The Askar Korazins iirc dropped on back to back runs. Also, whenever we choose the "left option" we're getting luckier at drops no matter what floor and on F100 it has dropped Askar head twice already.


















Goliard doesn't fucking exist.

We are 7/13 drops on F80 bosses. 2 denali, 1 askar and 4 goli. Would be great if it wasn't for the fact that 5/6 of our static want askar.

our luck recently turned around, after having horrible luck on fl20 and fl40, 60 went 6/9 and now FL80 we got so far 2 askar 1 denali out of 8 runs so far.

we had a cerb spam hoplon but still won but did lose a hydra cuz we got to floor with under 3mins and just 2hr'd but physical shield spam......... lost at like 5%. first luck in quiet a long time, still pretty good drops so far on fl80.

I was wondering, is there an "erase buff" medine in the first chest, and would it work on hydra?
