the kid has gotten off lucky, if it were my kid, I woulda killed him.....
Personally, I think that if all rapists were raped back they would probably not do it again. Instead they are put in prison with a bunch of other wackos who rape each other all the time probably justifying it in their minds all the more. I bet that kid will never EVER rape anyone AGAIN. No, it wasn't right what the father did but still....
The sad part to this is that yes, most likely the poor girl will now not get to grow up with her dad because he will be in jail, especially since he was already on probation.
And wtf with mom? I have two sons and if they did anything like that they would stay in jail until I found an appropriate mental health facility to put him in. Then it would be straight from jail to the mental hospital.Unfortunately, alot of parents don't pay attention enough to their kids to even notice there's something wrong in the first place. I can't believe she bailed him out.
Chances are the boy got into his step dad's car because he still saw him as a parent who wouldn't hurt him which lead me to think they couple had been together for a long period of time.
Real life has shown us that this is not the case at all lol.Originally Posted by Anadosia
I'm trying to figure out why the police would give up custody of the 18 year to ANYONE in that family. Forget about it being the mom or the dad, they had physical proof this kid raped his step sister, so why would they this guy anywhere near her, even if out on bail?
Well, don't forget what he'll get in prison when his cell mates find out he is a child rapist. At least his father did it to an adult, and with a wrench, which he could probably explain to his cell mates and not be abused so badly.Originally Posted by ringly
Did it say when he was going to trial, or did it already happen?
Justice was not served. However, perhaps the kid will think twice next time he wants to anally rape someone. I highly doubt the 18 y/o will EVER see the girl again so fearing retribution is kinda silly. Then again our justice system is fucked up and it could happen, i just don't think it will after all this press.
Had anyone here heard about it before this thread? Is it even in the news at all outside Texas?Originally Posted by Rigor

Just...so you guys know - you can't really rape the desire to rape out of somebody.
The boy will either learn his lesson and never look at little girls again or he'll become a sexual deviant who likes being fucked by tools up the ass by grown men. Time will tell.
The discussion fails to acknowledge that the stepfather may very well have nothing to do with raising the stepson. It does not state how long they actually were stepfather and stepson, so blaming the stepfather for the 18 year old actually raping his daughter may not be correct due to the lack of facts.
With that said, the kid is one sick puppy and he deserved what he got.
I hope he gets it even worse in prison.
The current discussion is replacing the previous one which was mostly comprised of praising for the stepfather's actions. And by the way, the lack of facts works both ways.Originally Posted by Seditedi

Exactly. My curiosity simply lies in wondering where in the world this kid could have obtained the conditioning to actually decide to rape his stepsister. Plus with the small amount of information we have to our disposal, the stepfather's role in this seems questionable.
By the way, the mother was the biological mother of the 18 year old right? Or else i do not quite comprehend why she would bail him out.
Well she's the only woman in the equation, unless there are at least two other people the article isn't mentioning.
Then the only solution to this crime is if Charla and i investigate this, CSI style.
But it's more fun if we do it Phoenix Wright style! One of us just has to become a spirit medium first.
Read the entire thread and am agreeing with page one sentiments. Haha! Kid got fucking dutifully owned.
Would he need conditioning? You're acting as if you or anybody else placed in the environment he's lived in would also decide to rape your 8-year-old stepsister. Maybe he's just that way, no matter how perfectly and responsibly he was brought up.Originally Posted by Kuya
