FFXI Videos: Searching for Video Capture Program

Hi everyone. I've been wanting to make videos for FFXI for awhile, but have been having trouble finding an adequate program. I have everything needed to edit, I just need to get the footage. I've tried a few things like fraps (free) and such, but with no luck. I'm looking for something that will capture at a higher resolution (800x600, no thanks. 1280 x 1050, yes please >.> well okay maybe thats a bit too much, but you get the idea) something that will record for long periods (3+ minutes) and not automatically stop, something that wont freeze FFXI, something that won't put a huge ad over my videos, oh yeah, and something that preferably free. If I have to pay for it, I will, but if there's something out there that meets my specifications, I'd like to know about it.

I'm not sure what my full version of Fraps captures video at, but it's damn high. ;p Higher than 800x600, that's for damn sure.

Also, my full version of Fraps was really, really free.

fraps captures at only 2 res's full and half, if you use full it captures at your full screen res of your app you're capturing, and half is half. if you are into recording buying the full version of fraps is HIGHLY recommended, you buy it once, and you get updates for life, $35 spent that i do not regret in anyway

My only problem with Fraps are the HUGE files it creates. The resolution is great, but even with a 160 GB HD I feel a little squeamish running Fraps too long. This could've changed though, I don't have a real up to date version of Fraps.

It won't have changed, it would take up far too much resources for Fraps to process the captured data on the fly. If you're serious about making lengthy videos of high quality, you'll need a bigger hd, they're pretty cheap now.
