    Little Big Hype.

It's one of the few game I don't understand what the hype is about. Sure, it look good and physics look entertaining, but the "game" doesnt look that fun. It's going to be at best 5-10 of messing around with the physics before I put that game down forever. It could be interesting if there is some platforming element that require skill and a lot of practice, but none of the trailer made it looks like it was hard.

The level editor remind me of Excitebike editor. Everyone will mess once with it trying to put as many obstacles as you can on your way, but won't bother doing it more than a couple of times.

Why didn't you post these links before? lol... I was thinking "why the hell is he saying this is recent news when the video was posted in May? >.<"

That's pretty cool, I hope they release a demo soon.

BTW, when do they plan on releasing Home?

Well, if it's just hype then why did Reggie from Nintendo say he wished it had come to the Wii instead?

Because he's a fucking idiot, and nobody likes him, especially not his mother.
edit: don't really care about the game, just hate that morbid piece of shit Reggie

this thread is OFN, shits over a week old and was in the console war thread.

And it won't be coming out until September, not May.

And at that time I look forward to hearing Kaylia's praise! lol

You answered your own question. This game is getting a ton of attention, and anyone sane would want it on their console. Nintendo also seem to take their pride releasing games with unconventional gameplay, and this one fit in that category.

I'm going to wait and see how it plays before bashing it, but I doubt it will be as amazing as people want it to be. Probably going to get good review tho, people are sucker for game with no real main objective and character customization.

I'm sure I will enjoy it, I love messing around game physics and do stunts. But like I said, it's going to be a rental at best, I can't imagine myself playing over 10h (unless there is some challenging stages )

You say "unless there are some challenging stages" as though you've never seen any footage or heard of the game.

You can create your own levels.... you can make it as challenging as you can think of... or as easy as you want to, the difficulty can be changed at your discretion. Right in the middle of a level that you recently loaded up you can customize it to your liking on the fly.

Not only will there be thousands of levels from the userbase, there will likely be independant game company sponsored levels as well. I mean what better way for a small development company to advertise? Stick a dozen of your most creative employees to make a bundle of levels and if they become a hit online they'd be having Sony execs meeting them for lunch the next day.

The game has broad appeal to gamers of all ages, including the casual players. I can totally picture the "Soccer Moms" playing this game with their kids, and probably enjoying it. As it's been said a hundred times before this game has monster potential and if it's Marketed right it could really be the next big thing.

We have seen many trailers of character running through different stages, and none struck me as something that looked remotely hard or interesting to run throught more than once.

I already said what I think of the level editor in my first post. It wont last.

I agree, I think I'll play it, but I'll doubt I'll pay $60 for it.. anyone know what the cost is supposed to be?
