That's the part that got my attention the most too, lol.
Well, given the charges (that the father forced the son to wear a jersey for a team whom he allegedly did not support), if they can show reasonable doubt that the son was against the Packers, then the father's lawyer might be able to get him off. Innocent until proven guilty; it's the son's lawyer's burden to prove that he was not a Packer's fan at the time of the incident.
