Since we're on the topic of monk. I was reading Ruke's post about his LJ and read

"There are no known special 'combat skill tiers' for GK or really any melee weapon (minus H2H), so hitting 304 skill is only visual appeal."

What does that mean for monk? What are these said tiers and how do they affect att and acc?

Awesome, I'm compulsively helpful, and chatty, so I wind up with tons and tons of flistings.

I always just accept because I'm generally too polite to be like "no, I was just providing some helpful advice, I don't really wanna get to know you, thanks though."

edit: FFXIAH.com has rabbit pies on the front page due to a certain LJ update, no doubt. The ingredients for it are listed as:

Selbina Butter
Pie Dough
Black pepper
Rock salt
Wild onion
San d'Orian carrot
Lynx meat
Agaricus mushroom

Do the highlighted things actually drop with a half decent rate anywhere? I tried farming hides back when they were really expensive, and got as many hides as I did meats...0. I've killed a few gold funguars in Rolanberry [S] w/o any luck either. Do they both just suck or what? >.<

farmed myself enough for a stack when i saw the stats after update, even on thf the droprates suck. roughly 2 hrs for 6 meat in meri{tab} mountains [S] and the coppercaps in N gusta [S] are alot more abundant, 6 in around 2 hrs as well. granted i was in the mid 60s on thf when i did this.

For a while I was sending flist requests to every bluehair taru on my server. I'd often get "Declined" messages. I think you need to accept, and then delete them off your flist =x.

You can do this in POL I think. They go into a 'pending' area in your flist. You can go in and delete them out.

Ok differcult to word right:

On SCH if i use an -ENM down equip set for AOE whitemage spells (not so much blm cause you need them to stick more than whm spells) and cast the spell in the -ENM gear still, then go back to my normal equip to continue castng other spells will i be safer? (have that last spell in the mobs memory of being -enm?)

/equip -enm down stuff
Gilanth casts erasega
gilanth erases bill,jeff and toms slow
/equip normal light arts stuff
gilanth casts cure III

Gil's hate is as if he cast cure iii and a small amount of hate from the erasega? rather than

Gil use's normal gear casts erasega
gil casts cure iii

gil's hate is lots from 3 erase's and 1 cure 3

How do i make sure my aoe does'nt get me mucho hate? or just cure etc in a gimped light arts set because i have to use -enm set fulltime

The -enm should apply to the erasega, and reduce the amount hate from that, but not the cure III. You don't need to keep -enm gear on to gain the effects on individual spells.

Does Quick Draw do 0 damage after double weakness? Or does it still work full strength and accuracy regardless of double weakness?

At what point is -Spell Interruption from gear factored in when casting a spell? Beginning of cast, end of cast, or when you actually get hit?

Do OP supply quests actually give a decent amount of CP? Never paid attention to how much they actually give. I'm trying to save for MCB's and kind of low on ideas for how to get CP that doesn't involve leveling 10 jobs to 55...
