Stage 3 penance lasts for how long?
How long would Stage 5 last?
it's 20 seconds per merit so 1 minute and 1 minute 40 seconds.Originally Posted by Lagunasa
martyr is godly for situations where your cure bombing where there's no danger to you. I was under the impression that shellra V hit would hit diminishing returns before merit 3?
I reccomend not using counterstance if he doesnt have AF2 feetOriginally Posted by aapr25179
do assault: items work in toau BC missions? i.e. storm fife bonus
yes
I have a friend who has Z's Trident who in turn has friends with the other two tracker items. The latent on Z's is listed on otherwiki to be active when 2 PT members have the other two items equipped but my friend (who is very reliable) says this is false. Can anyone else confirm or deny?
Pretty sure that only applies to Aegis PLD, who'd hit the hard cap rather than diminishing returns.Originally Posted by Apelila
Marthyr saved so many people in my WHM life:
- People running away with low HP getting cought with marthyr
- Situations where I got suddenly silenced
- When people get punched really hard to low HP for cure 5 > marthyr combo
- Situations where my MP was just flat out gone. Always a little trick up the sleeves.
I never want to miss Marthyr even if it means I cannot go 5/5 devotion and Shell
Some stupid questions:
1) Can you break weapon latents in besieged?
2) My friend just told me that you can't skill up to 150ish on beastman forts anymore, is this true?
Also something to think about is that shellra v's magic damage -% is 24.2, 25, 25.8, and now probably 26.6 and 27.4, so upgrading from 3>4 and 4>5 makes a difference, as opposed to 2>3.Originally Posted by Plight

Hilarity ensued last night, me pointing out I'd upgraded Shell V and Shiva owning a good proportion of us in Temenos last night - all the barspells and shellra V in the world still not a match for Iceday lol...
Is there anyway I can view furniture dats? I want to plan my moghouse![]()

Guard produces a lot of results in search...
Anyone have the link handy for the guard skillup guide that the one pup created?

Are Dalmatica, W. Legs, and AF2 Body & Hat (RDM) required to solo Brothers ENM?
Tried it this morning and got the Eldertaur to about 30% (/nin) but it sucked because as /nin I failed to Sleep 2 the Mindertaur ._.
I've seen Avesta do it but Avesta is Avesta, afterall lol.
Edit: I have max enfeebling merits but no torque or earring, and no sea yet so no cape.
To start you're going to want to be /BLM, Mindertaur doesn't sleep without ES regardless of your Enfeebling Skill so far as I know, and Aspir helps a fair amount. W. Legs definitely wouldn't be required, the rest while I wouldn't say are required would help, b/c to solo this you'd need alot of MP. I'd recommend using Marron Glace and maybe bring some Yag drinks to save on MP casting Refresh. I typically duo this but if I were going to solo it I'd go about it this way:Originally Posted by Rokimus
Open with ES Sleep II on the Minder, Gravity the Elder, then CS nuke it down ASAP, if it's not dead by the time Sleep wears you're probably going to lose. After that kite Minder around doing what damage you can, when ES is back up Sleep II it again and rest some MP, then nuke it down. Remember that they move faster as they get lower in health, keep Gravity up and make a decent amount of space before nuking. Really the big danger I'd see is being able to have enough MP to kill the Elder with 2 pools(I'm Elvaan, if you're Taru probably not an issue).
My strategy varies a bit, to accommodate for the short amount of time you have to kill Eldertaur.Open with ES Sleep II on the Minder, Gravity the Elder, then CS nuke it down ASAP, if it's not dead by the time Sleep wears you're probably going to lose. Run in, Bind Mindertaur, Grav Eldertaur, 2-3 tier3 nukes on Eldertaur, ES, get ready for Mindertaur to come unbound, Sleep2, CS finish off Eldertaur.
The extra ~30 seconds given to you by Bind really does help to make it a lot less hit or miss.
