Does Sipar (the Adaman/Aspi shield) really block 100% of the time?

If true, can't you use this to ensure your PLD doesn't get interrupted on spells since block = can't interrupt now?

Definitely not 100%. I've heard it has hidden increased block chance, but no tests to back it up. I think it's just confusion with it being a buckler type shield which already has very high block rate.

I've had Winds land on Gods in sky that didn't dispel/add effect proc. (and yes, I was using the correct wind). I was throwing at Byakko and thought for a brief moment that I was throwing the wrong one, so in between the wind-up, so to speak, and the animation for throwing, I tried moving. I moved, but the throwing animation still ran and I hit him for 76ish damage or something retarded, I don't remember. I checked several times and I KNOW I threw the correct one. Has anybody ever had this happen to them, on winds or any other 100% add. effect not proc?

I've never changed nation before I am planning to soon to do other 2 nations now, but what happens to the CP I have earned in sandy is it A) lost, B) Saved for when I return, C) Transfers and Can be used at New nation, and D) other?

For a second I thought you meant the breath boosting stuff, and was going to jump in with a correction, but yeah that is right, you need the Wyvern + HP stuff on AND the wyvern healed to full as I recall, before trigger goes off.

For Healing Breath, the Wyvern's current HP doesn't matter, only the max HP.

I macro in Wyvern Mail at the same time I macro in Wyrm Armet+1 and I get the enhanced HP results, so it seems to be any time before the breath actually goes off.

/ma Barblizzara
/wait 1 (or 1.5, can't remember)
/equip Head Wyrm Armet+1
/equip Body Wyvern Mail

Pretty sure that's what my macro looks like (not counting the technical stuff).

Maybe add longer waits? I lag pretty easily (shite PC), so I have a Healing breath macro like this:

/equip all wyvern HP+ gear
/ma "Barthundra" <me>
/wait 3
/equip head "Wyrm Armet"
/wait 4
/equip usual TP gear

And even with /wait 3 always gotten full returns on Healing Breath.

Ancient Torque > PCC > I hate mixing weapon types with Torques.

Talk to the elvaan guy in front of counter near the OP NPC in Sandy (I forget his name but he's the only one there... to right of Ronguelouts when facing "AH"). He'll offer you the first quest and after doing it you're a member of the Iron rams. First time swap doesn't cost you anything and you keep all medals.

I believe so. A lot of the posts that were made after Sono posted about lost posts have disappeared so I think were on the new system.

Wyvern uses breath (Wyvern uses healing breath, player recovers xxx hp)

This is actually the time you need to have it equipped for.. If you equip it before that good. But as long as it's equipped when the breath goes off you're fine. I know this because i have a habit of changing off my wyvern HP gear after trigger spell to my tp gear. A very bad habit. And it nerfs the breath. As long as the Wyvern HP Gear and Wyrm armet (saurian helm) are equipped when the breath goes off it doesn't matter when it's equipped.

Edit: Also. Your wyvern doesn't need to be healed to full for healing breath. That is only for elemental breath.
