Hmmm, /Sam I see, odd meditate tic?

I personally never had it happen, then I did it twice in one day (once getting ready for a Kirin burn, and later doing a DM redo for some people, 72% Tp instead of 60% made me wtf for a bit), but I know that I've used Meditate at times to make up for being feather tickled.

That isn't like, Carbonara is it?

I'm quite certain you can't get the mythical 3 doubles during a WS, but assuming 6 hit build, 16.(5-9?)~ +1 +1 +1 with the fractions would be like 20% for normal return, 21% 1 double, 22~23% 2 doubles, I don't think you could get enough fractional TP for it to be 3 doubles, and I won't even entertain the possibility of it being 4 doubles without there even being evidence for more than 2 during WS being possible.

Missed main hit, 3 hits + 2 doubles with store TP giving 7% + a hit would still just be 22~23%, so if you are sure you weren't hit, my only explanation would be a lagged meditate tic, especially if it did 493 Dmg.

Always wondered about this... but how much of an exp penalty would a lv 1 take if they were put into a Meritpo on say, Mamool Ja. ^^;; Wiki doesn't exactly say the % taken only that it would be significant.

I was under the impression it was a ratio of the exp needed to lvl at that level.

So 44k @75, 500 @ 1...

500/44k = 1.14%

13-15 is pretty low for Einherjar imo.

Are you just farming for ichor? or do you want to kill Odin too? You could probably reasonably farm ichor with that number but if your people aren't really HQ it's going to be tough.

To do it you'll need really good sleepers (heavy on BRD in case you get a chamber of undead and make sure those BRDs get proper support or they'll drop like flies) . Your DDs should ideally be able to tank a bit as well as do damage. With only 13-15 people you really don't have the freedom to have people come "legit" tanks at the expense of damage. In your case I'd suggest trying to pick up a few extra people to fill in at least one alliance. I always hear about people who want to do Einherjar so I can't imagine it being too hard to find some extra.

With a couple good DDs and a few pick up DDs we were able to clear out 12 Skeletons in ~15 minutes with 10 people - coulda done better but only 1 BRD was pulling since the other got locked out by accident. If you're looking to clear the first couple tiers I imagine you'd need ~15 or so good players, and a little more for tier 3/Odin? But I've never done beyond tier 1.

We've done 2 tier 1 runs so far, we could clear the adds with the number of people we have, but we always didn't have time left for the bosses (around 5 minutes-ish). What's a 'good' time to clear the adds? 15 minutes? If so that would only mean we don't kill them fast enough.

We do however, have 1 aegis pld & 1 yoichi sam available for the runs. The question is = is pld actually needed? and the sad case is, our yoichi sam is the only brd we have at the moment (so he's been a brd for both runs). My plan is to grab 1-2 brds so that we can make use of our yoichi sam. And we usually go with 4-5 sams + 1 angon drg for DD, should we have a more 'mixed' DDers? (aka get mnks, sams, thf, war?)

Also, I've heard several other ls fight 2-3 adds simultaneously, I'm guessing this can only be done if you have alot of people in the BC? The way we do it, just the standard dynamis /assist style.

Well, for myself I just wanna farm ichors, but would like to clear all the bosses in the future. (one can dream, can he? ^^; )

I don't know the exact amount, but it's not worth it. I took my level 12(maybe 14) mule out there to Mamool SP when I was soloing on Drg and I only got like 15 exp or so. You're much better off staying fairly close to your level range. I would say at least be 60ish for merit mobs to get decent exp.

This could be wrong, but I think I remember reading that the formula is ((N-X)/N)*ExperienceforN=ExperienceforX where N is the highest level in the party, and X is your level.

I was looking through Oldton/Mine Shaft text in POLUtils the other day, and I noticed alternate text for A Question of Faith/Return to the Depths. It seems to be for* if you already met Jabbos in CoP. Anyone know who the person speaking is supposed to be? (I think it might be a random bugbear or something.) As I don't play anymore, I can't go check the Gob footprints myself.

The only thing I can really think of, just because most BLMs I know haven't invested in one, is an Enhancing Torque/Augmenting Earring.

I don't think that option has been implemented, there should be like a secret question/answer, or an email confirmation method for that, and to change the password as well.
