Does movement speed stack?
For example: On RNG, Crimson Cuisses + Trotter boots, or on THF, Crimson Cuisses + Skadi boots. Does this give you +24%?
Negative. Mazurka stacks and the enchantment from sprinters stacks, but two pieces of gear with movement+ don't stack
For groups that didn't really do Einherjar (or didn't make much progress) before the last update that changed the entry rules. Is winning a zone retained for the purposes of awarding Mark of the Einherjar, or do you only get it when you have all 9 feathers at a given time?
Like say someone gets 5 feathers, two T1s, a T2, and two T3s, which are wiped when they fight Odin, and then over the course of clearing for the next couple Odins they win the chambers they had missed that first go-around. Will they obtain the Mark of the Einherjar at that point, or will they never get it because they'll never have all 9 feathers at once (assuming mule system).
I too inherited a BST to play with so I'm not an expert but I have done some farming on it in Sacrarium and Aqueducts. The DRK mobs are far more accessible in Sacrarium than in Aqueducts and I had some problem charming mobs for fighting fomor in Aqueducts. I suspect there are more easily accessible pets in Sacrarium too and it's a lot easier to run around.
Yeah I personally have only farmed Codexes in Aqueducts, I'm not sure the difficulty in actually reaching the Fomors, it most likely is much easier to do that in Sacrarium, didn't think about that.

That Item^
Do you have to keep it equipped for the stats to take effect or can you use it, and remove it for another piece and keep the INT+MND?
Second question:
Soloing the Satiator NM in Promv-Dem as RDM/NIN possible?(Fuggin lvl 30 cap...)
Lastly: Yea, not BG wiki- Too bad, I can't get BG wiki at work. :/
Most items like that you need to keep it equipped in order to keep the enchantment.
Yeah, meant the actual stat+ ones. I remember how dumb I felt when I realized that I had wasted 5 Breath Mantle charges from swapping it off when I first started using one, lol.
Just hit 75 on DRK, what merits should I focus on first? (Not doing endgame stuff, just Dyanmis so far.)
Does anyone else notice that Aurum Sabatons only give +4 attack instead of +5? I tested with two different weapon types so it's not a rounding error.
(going from Adaman Sollerets -> Aurum Sabatons decreases attack by 1 even though both items read Attack +5)
Scythe or GSD merits, whichever your weapon of choice is would be my first thought. As far as JS merits, I'd go for diabolic eye/dark seal/etc. before worrying about g1. Reduced recasts or enhanced LR effect are handy, but not as good as g2 upgrades.
If you just merit/dyn/etc., then weapon merits, crit+ merits, then js merits. Some extra niche merits could include dark magic merits if you're not planning on leveling a job that would make greater use of another category, stat or hp/mp merits as well.
There's a wide range, but imo, the most bang for your buck will come from weapons -> crit -> diabolic eye, then others to customize.
Oh sure enough, aurum feet do only give 4 attack
Movement (Sprinter's, Powder Boots) and Lion Tamer are two off the top of my head that keep their buffs. The Lion Tamer buff gave 10 enfire dmg for 3 minutes that did a decent job of not being resisted with no enhancing skill on T-VT mobs. Wasn't for some solo/bc fights where you could prebuff the enchantment and switch to good axes after.
I don't believe the status/icon effect is a good indicator. The level 14 vision/mighty ring and hMP wand give status effects but wear off when zoning/logging/removing equipment. It'd be nice to get a confirmed list though for some situational stuff.
edit: Argh on Aurum Feet. Does the JP text also say +5?
I'm stupid on these things so don't bash my head in... but just wondering
With 93% acc. should I swap my Opt Hat for Turban? I have 2% haste normally and since I'm a COR, I'm never hasted anyways.
Going from 0% to 5% isn't really worth it afaik, but Amele or someone probably knows the maffs aspect. I personally didn't switch out of O.Hat on COR til I got Dusk hands/feet, I was more comfortable with the Acc build, though I have full Sword merits as well.
Hummm I see, I'll keep O.hat on then, thanks.
