My friend solod his Raparee Harness on NIN/THF in Aquaducts

Do you get the "Mark of the Einherjar" key item and "Elite Einherjar" with an Odin win with any number of feathers, or with an Odin win and you have the 9 feathers?

I feel like this was just asked but I'd like to know if I ever do Odin with 8/9 or so feathers if I should skip it :/

My understanding is that you only get the "Mark of the Einherjar" if you have all 9 feathers in your key items at once. The key item is granted simultaneously with the 9th feather.

You obviously get the title "Elite Einherjar" for an Odin win.

Before the update it was impossible to have the title "Elite Einherjar" without having had the "Mark of the Einherjar" key item. Now it's possible to never obtain the Key Item even though you'll have the Title shot ever 2 weeks.

Does that make sense?

How is MNK/THF with Footwork compared to normal MNK/NIN for damage output? I see them put up big WS #'s but curious if it's overall good, our MNKs seem to like doing that but I was kinda figuring they are just doing it to epeen on DK.

on melee'able NMs like sky gods MNK/THF without footwork doing howling fist everytime SA ready is better than footwork+DK

Depends if the MNK has a 7-hit build or not.

I tried to promote some discussion on maximizing footwork potential, but most people just shrug it off because it isn't up to par to just H2H. Plus, it requires either usukane (and most usukane MNKs on BG won't bother messing with footwork) or a few pieces of cobra unit gear (even more people will gag when they see it's required).

Personally, I've been saving my AN for Iron Ram gear so I won't have a chance to really test out MNK/THF footwork potential until campaign is made more interesting, and I have excess AN (or whenever I get usukane feet/body).

Suffice to say while MNK/THF and footwork still has room for improvement, it'll probably just be decent and not on the same level as H2H.

I realized today there was an "xp lost reduction" bonus with the Allied Sigil on the 2nd page. Is it there since the expansion was added?...can't believe I never noticed it.


Also, how much xp is saved when you die?

You never noticed it because it's incredibly rare at the moment :X I saw it once, never saw it again. I have no idea of the conditions needed for it to be available.

So, its not always there? Is it related to those pixie npc then, because I remember SE saying your nation would benefit from hiring them, and they were fighting for us today.

It is, if you have Titania the pixie queen enlisted as freelance to your nation, then you'll have that decrease exp lost option with Sigil. Never noticed it but it was brought up in LS chat a few days ago.

Footwork sucks. Only real uses imo are if you aren't meleeing for extended periods and mainly just running in and WSing or a high DEF HNM.

Perdu Voulge, SAM sub, Rajas and Brutal is enough for 6 hit right? or does it depend on number of hits raging rush lands?

Needs 1 more STP for 6 hits from 0. I use Ecphoria Ring. Or you can leave it out and just figure 2+hit RR + 5 hits if you aren't getting Feather Tickled all the time.

On the same note of removing things... is there a way to remove the red glow on the ground at the tele crags? I lag every time I teleport there.
