Can you melee burn T3 ZNM Troll Khromasoul Bhurborlor ignoring pets and just killing him?

You might be able to but I don't think it would be a good idea. It would be much easier to just bring him to a zoneline, and zone the adds like Achamoth. They will despawn once the puller zones, and the puller does not have to be out of the party either.

Looking for a strategy ideas for DRK RDM SCH for KC BCNM.

I was actually thinking about something like this:

DRK/PLD (lol)
SCH/RDM
RDM/BLM

DRK attempts to kite by getting initial hate with Stun, and then firing off Sentinel + Souleater/Last Resort (canceling the latter two immediately, of course). RDM pops Gravity + Bio II, SCH nukes between Binds and Sleeps from the RDM, DRK continues to Stun in order to give more leeway time.

Anything else worth noting, or is that basically it?

(and should I even bother with the DRK/PLD idea or should I just go PLD/WAR)

IMO, the RDM and the SCH should be able to duo it. The third job is really just additional help.

DO you not have anything else at 60 to take besides PLD and DRK?

I think a low lvl BRD would help more. Or a COR.

If your Ele skill is capped for 60, go DRK/BLM, get some int gear and help nuke. The thing is crazy slow with gravity, you holding hate will only help if the other 2 are bad at kiting (start casting while too close to it), or if gravity wears at a bad time.

But as someone said, the other 2 should be able to duo it even (rdm can solo it with 2hr?). I wouldn't be too concerned...

My other jobs are DRG, WAR, and NIN, so they'd be even less useful.

I'll just go as DRK, Drain, Bio, and save clutch stun for if something happens!

I could have swore I read somewhere SE said they were going to add the flame serpent general quest to finish the series this update so two questions, 1. Did they add the ques, or 2. I am crazy and they never mentioned adding this update or adding it at all?

Nin really isn't that bad for the bcnm. I've been doing it nin rdm brd for a while.Normally takes about 10 mins a run and the brd and rdm are dual boxed. Never had any problems. Kite first 25% straight tank to 25% then kite again.

I too was looking for this. It was not added. In fact, it wasn't in any notes I can find. I think they said they were going to do the last one in an interview, not in an update note. So yeah, keep on waiting...

It was never changed afaik. Fomor (and every other range attack added after CoP i believe) follow the normal rules, while old monsters just cheat.

I was wondering if there's a (current) thread for the recent AV drops. I know I saw one awhile back, but with the drops that took place last week I was wondering if there was an updated area. afaik, our LS was the only ls to take down AV on Hades, and while AV drops are more plentiful than before, I still see them as something special.

I think it's rude to use that shit in an EXP party, but meh...

That being said, I doubt it'll make a difference on your exp that much, depending how stupid the guy is. I mean, if he's just solo WSing in an exp party, he's more likely to WS at 100tp while trying to work that off than he would be with his other weapon (where he may be more distracted by other shit). I've seen DD that don't use food on mamool, and I've seen DD that spam food on Colibri, both those are bigger differences than what weapon he choose to use. Would you leave a party if a DD didn't use food?

I guess it depends if you are more concerned with the rudeness of his action or the practicality of how much it is affecting your exp/hour. Personally, if we're keeping chain I'm not gonna complain...if we aren't and I'm not alt-tabbed posting on BG more than playing, then I have little desire to stay in the party.

In the end, I'd be fine with someone doing it. I lose less than 1k exp/hr probably, the guy saves a ton of time...I'd prefer if the guy asked at the beginning of the party or something as to not be so rude though...
