Edit: Just to clarify though, those OPs are still associated with the nation you did the supply runs for, ie: if you did OP quests for Sandy and then switch to Windy, you won't be able to use those OPs until you switch back or do the supply quests for your new nation.

Yes, that is the absolute minimum, you would need it on all hits including the WS if it is a one-hit WS.

Can someone confirm that they made it so if you switch nations you can keep all your delicious OPs? I seem to recall that this was talked about.

Correct over the summer I switched from sandy to do bastok missions then back and when I returned I had all my OP warps available as I did before I left.

MH in walls, taru that ports to port windy > port windy, walk down stairs to OP taru

Ryl. Army Mantle have any uses? I picked one up for chi blast, but now I have melee cape. Planning on tossing it, but if it has any practical use for another job, I'd rather have not tossed all those CP down the drain

Yes, if you pull the other 4 up onto the stairs/hallway, TT will not follow.

It's a good pre-amemet+1 mantle if you're leveling any melee job

Yeah, I use it 55-60 and for 60 cap stuff. Come to think of it though, Amemet/Foragers may be better with synch, but wouldn't surprise me if it gets turned into 1 STR 1 ATK.

Foragers gave 1 str at lvl 40, and gave like 5 Attack all the way down to 50 as I recall.

Short hop to the tele npc to whitegate (just slightly longer than the SSandy > Fagelvaan porter run, quite shorter than the port bastok > teletaru run), zone to walls and you can check your AH faster than any other nation, hit the tele npc, and be at the OP ridiculously fast.

Are you on drugs? The run from Port Bastok mog to Whitegate NPC can't be more than five seconds longer than the run to Windy NPC is. The run to AH in Markets is considerably shorter than either AH in Windy, the OP in Metalworks is like half that of the epic pilgrimage to Rottata, and the armor NPC is pretty close, too. Not to mention that if you OP to get to other cities, getting from Bastok to either of the others is a quick walk, while going to Bastok is a real pain in the ass. Bastok > either of the others in terms of convenience (and everything else).

I will say I definitely agree on one part: Going to Bastok from elsewhere fucking sucks. Windy isn't so bad since I have Saruta OP, but even from the North Gusta OP going to Bastok still sucks unless you have a flower on you for mandyporter.

What's the amt of dex needed to hit the highest tier of crits on mamools? I'm assuming it's extremely hard/impossible to do so on THF/NIN mamools.

Also, does the amt of dex differ if dualwielding or using gaxe?
