With or without Justice wall? =P
Without. Also, could NIN and RDM duo Sheep in Antlion's Clothing without much problem?
I know Mnk & Rdm can duo but need App Radar to do so. Idk if you use this or not but if you don't then I don't think you could beat it, also not too sure if Nin is able to put out enough damage, altho I would suspect if it's a well geared Nin they may be able to.
You don't need ApRadar, but you do need a certain amount of luck.
To do it consistently I don't think luck could carry you that far, with out Radar you might have maybe like a 5% chance? to beat it with that set up.
I'm not all HQ geared, but I'd say I'm pretty well geared, and I could use ApRadar just need to install new map pack into it.
fillmode will also do the trick, I believe.
Does it show the names of them underground, or just the size of them? Never tried to use fillmode in it.
I'd expect it to show the names, but never tried it myself.
Kk, thanks, I'll try that next time.
You can clear floor 100 in nyzul now and keep the runic key? Or whatever it is, and still be able to transport up to any level?
Yes. Runic key's now a passport to any floor instead of 'fuck you you're back on 1f.'
Awesome, thanks.
In relation to Pole Grip's 2%:
Is a weaponskill considered as a melee round?
Or are they considered separate attack sequences?
Thus, X Melee hits +2% and Y Weaponskills +2%
or
(X Melee and Y weapons skills) +2%
?
On the otherwiki's Runic Key page, it claims that only the person who began that particular run receives the runic key after completing floor 100. Is this true or outdated? It would be pretty bogus to have to complete floor 100 six times so everyone in the group gets one...
That's shit, everyone who's present on the run and qualified to do so obtains their runic key that run.
Another question relating to clearing Nyzul Isle. For the mythic WS quests, you'd need 250 points with a runic key. I think I read on here that you can do the WS points before hand, with the quest active. I'm on floor 40 atm.
If that's true, could I activate the quest, get the 250 WS points, and go back and have the WS after I have a runic key?
Yes, but remember you have to trade the weapon back to the NPC before you can use the WS on all weapons of the same class. Prior to trading it to the NPC, you can only use it on the Nyzul weapon.
My random question:
I suck at mnk. (that's not a question is it?) Actually I can do fine at the job, as far as being able to handle my own when i get hate. But my ws dmg feels subpar. H2H Skill is only partially merited, I'm working on going 6/8 probably and then 6/8 for my nin.
My LS is full to the brim with sams, drgs, rng's, spike dmg dd's. I'm one of the only people that prefers to be on mnk. But ws's, they annihilate my damage.
What kind of damage should I be aiming for in ws gear? What's a 'good' Asuran Fists? Targets would be generally VT/IT mobs like birds or mobs in sky/sea.
AFists' modifiers are both seemingly weak and not the easiest to obtain for monk. I have Genbu's Kabuto but am not inclined to use it for ws'ing... should I be? It's also an eight hit ws, sacrificing too much acc sounds like asking for low damage.
I ws in Destroyers, Ohat (tp in turban), Chiv Chain, Merman's, Brutal
SH+1 or Pln Body (Shura Togi is a goal), Okote, Sniper's x2
Amemet +1 or Cerb, Potent belt (I tp in brown belt tho^^), Shura Haidate (tp in BH), Fuma Sun-Ate.
Any advice is greatly appreciated.
I have no idea at all what you are asking, but I assume you are asking if Weapon Skills adhere to the same rules as melee attack rounds, and you are wondering what pole grip does.
The general consensus would be that all melee attacks are "Melee Rounds" which must conform to <= 8 swings i.e. Asuran Fists cannot double attack at all. Weaponskills are "Melee Rounds" with additional properties added, such as modifiers and fTP, (possibly boosted ACC, crit %, yada yada) etc. etc..
As far as I know, pole grip adds "double attack +2" (rather than increasing your double attack chance by 2%) to your stats, which is going to give you an additional 2% chance to double attack on any melee swing.
However, Pole Grip will not give you a straight up 2% more attacks. The increase in swings you will see follows this formula:
X = Current Double Attack
Increase = ((1 + (X+2)/100) / (1 + (X/100)) - 1) * 100
X Increase(%)
0 2%
5 ~1.9%
10 ~1.8%
50 ~1.333%
