Yeah, I was mostly curious about it for JoL as I don't really know many other applications for it outside of campaign and some soloing. Even then, I need to level /dnc for that. I'm usually at 63-65 of 70 (with some DD gear and other random crap that I don't need) so I might consider upgrading if I ever get around to leveling /rdm.
I'm told Stone Gorget only affects Stoneskin spell, not Blue Magic variations. Confirmation?
Any test if Stone Muffler's acts same way?

Accuracy - FFXIclopedia - a Wikia Gaming wiki
It states that the lower bound of "hit rate" is 20%, meaning the lowest hit rate possible is 1/5. This can't be right as you can miss a lot more often than 80% of the time I'd think.
Can anyone give me any better sources for data on this?
For Periquia I'd second Saving Private Ryaaf if you have or can get a SAM
Thirding Saving Private Ryaaf, even if you can't get a main SAM, two /SAM work out almost as fast and just as easy. Shield bash, jumps and SA/TA help out to squish em fast as well. As long as you hit the rooms in order you won't waste time looking for npc's.
Firstclears are always good though, counts towards something, and extra points so you don't need to grind for ages.
I'm not for sure, but that might be against an EM mob, that is, pre-level correction is added in. I remember Armando on FFXInline trying to test it on TW or EP mobs with Blinding Potions and he couldn't get down to 20% even with extremely low accuracy. I'll see if I can dig up those posts later.
I just had to clarify something, way back when I was breaking my gaxe for steel cyclone, I got about 60 points in a Besieged right after getting it, and then a friend popped up and offered to help me break it.
Took 360 points to break, including the Besieged ones, so I would have to say no, Besieged does not count towards WS points.
How many merits do you need to put into SlowII and ParalyzeII for it to be "worth it?" I've read different things from different places. Are either of them "a waste" if you can't pump merits into them?
I don't think either of them are a 'waste', if nothing else they will cap higher than the tier 1 versions when you go for a full-on MND build. I put 3 into each, they're nice for the added MAcc over the tier 1 versions, the only one I might sometimes use the Tier 1 over is Para if the mob is being finnicky on partial/full resists already. Even just at level 1 Slow II is valuable just for being able to overwrite Haste on mobs.
What are the quick and easy tier 1 and 2 NMs for cerb ZNM? I've only done the hydra path.
Cerb path T1-2 kinda sucks, but Brass Borer is easy, for T2 I'd probably say Dextrose -> Anantaboga, just getting to Reacton is enough of a pain in the ass to rule it out unless somone really wants the Arm.
Could someone help me out with some Java/html work. I was trying to figure out how to put the Java equipment grid from FFXIAH on another page. Like so the equip help tags come up and everything. Any help would be appreciated it.
In what order are day and weather taken into consideration?
And, if you have thunder weather up on earth's day and have the relevant obi can you get both a negative for the day and a positive for the weather?
Talking about SCH and weather here...
I'm almost positive that "full weather effects" from obis include the negative effects from opposing day. So using Rairin Obi on Earthsday+Thunderstorm the effects would cancel out.
If you want to test to be sure just use Korin Obi and do some cures in dynamis or apollyon.
