Im almost 69SAM and one thing ive been noticing is that when I 2hr I miss ALOT. Curious if anyone has ever tested if the acc/atk bonus from YGK is active during 2hr? Common sense would say it still works, but in my (admittedly limited) experience, it doesnt seem like it.

I would test it myself but I dont know how to do the calculations.

It's directly related to how important it is that you land the WS. Honestly, I'd be interested in seeing this question answered as well.

that one miss is more likely to happen if you're doing 4-6 ws at once than if you're just doing 1, i'd say occam's razor .. but the test would just be to do ~100 ws under the effect of meikyo and 100 w/o it and compare accuracy.. if the acc bonus is gone there should be a noticable difference

I would think it would be easier to test the attack because thats a static number. Im going to assume that they didnt keep the attack bonus but take away the accuracy bonus. I would say they come as a team normally and if they happened to remove them during 2hr they would take away both. I can handle the numbers, just need to know where to start. If someone gives me the formulas and tells me what to test I can figure out the rest.

pdif fluctuates to make damage vary instead of you hitting for the same every swing, and pretty dumb question but honestly never bothered to find out: during meikyo, what does each WS's tp count as? I've assumed they were 300, 200, and 100 like your tp shows, but also been told they're all 300 by someone. Give me your exact gear/buff setup and do the test on greater colibri and I'll tell you what the results should look like.

Ive always been under the assumption that each ws during meikyo was 100tp (since thats all the tp that gets taken away I figured the ws functioned as a 100tp ws) Im only lv 68 so I doubt I would be able to test on greater colibri unless I can convince my ls to make a merit party and invite me lol. Even then I would assume the level difference might skew the results.

1 Fealty

3 more points to spend.

I like Fealty but recast is just too long for it to be useful even at 10minute recast
I didn't notice much difference getting Guardian merit and alot of PLDs I talked to are saying it isn't really worth putting too much points in it.

Just want to know what others think.

I really have no clue... but it's not 100/100/100 for sure...It's 300/200/100 or 300/300/300.

any other mob you can get exact def/vit/level for works fine, but greater colibri are a well known one that's been tested thoroughly.. failwiki says they're 300/200/100 btw

enmity loss is caused by taking damage, makes enmity loss during sentinel (relatively) unimportant.. iron will is okay if you merit it a lot, but again interrupts aren't a huge deal on pld between shield bash, shield mastery, elegy where applicable, stun where applicable.. i'd recommend 5 chivalry 5 fealty if you solo a lot, merit another job if not

already know the proposed math for YGK, it should be pretty obvious if they don't work during meikyo just need to do your test WS on a mob where the stats are well known and document your buffs properly.. also check tp return to ensure DAs aren't skewing anything

blech. probably need to do it multiple times to ensure beyond a reasonable doubt there are no DAs then :/ or use a sub other than war and no brutal

Yea, that's the problem...needs to be some random sub with no brutal, no pole, and no Hagun. The times that I meet those 3 requirements are uhhh....0...

That being said, 100% sure without a doubt the first WS is 300tp. Past that it'll take a bit to prove.

Have a SAM equip a sword, and use Spirits Within. Extremely easy to see how much TP is represented by default for the three WS during the two hour.

1/2 Current SAM HP with 300% TP.
1/4 Current SAM HP with 200% TP.
1/8 Current SAM HP with 100% TP.

Good call...I may do that in 2hrs if someone else hasn't, just did Vazhl ENM though.

No problem. If memory serves, SAM gets just enough skill to use Spirits Within at 75. You should be ok.

Actually, I'm slightly retarded and don't have sword high enough for Spirits Within, lol. I should prob raise that anyway for no real reason.
