Does enhancing skill have any effect on reprisal (except interuption rate)? If not does anything? Thanks in advance.

I don't think it's really been confirmed at all, but if it does it more than likely would affect the resist rates of the spike damage. I can say that it definitely doesn't appear to affect actual proc rate/damage.
Thanks Callisto. All i needed to know.
Pretty sure the damage is based on the blocked attack pDif in some way similar to retaliation.
As he said though, it should just affect the resist rates.
Here's a question, if Reprisal spikes a mob on the first hit of a multi-attack round, does it spike all the hits?
Not sure in the case of something like Charybdis, but as far as standard DA procs, yes it goes for each individual hit.
doesn't actually kick any more ass with soboro than it does with any other weapon, actually; it's just that DA doesn't do anything *for* soboro, so that leaves claymore (and sword strap) as the last two standing.
the only grip that gets 'better' with soboro is platinum/+1 actually.
What's this silly update I got when I turned on my xbox and put in FFXI all about? The news clip thing at the top of playonline viewer says the error for users with over a hundred messages was only for the windows version.
With Pahluwan body for TP and N.body for WS, would I ever use Assault Jerkin in merits as DRG75?
A full merited/decently geared DRG should be able to accuracy cap without body slot...depends on how much accuracy you have, and what other gear you have access to as to the best place to drop accuracy, but there is a chance you can be accuracy capped, and thus make more use out of the attack.
What do other WARs do when a mob catches them with shadows/eye down? I throw on Kabuto, Jelly Ring and Askar feet but still tend to die pretty fast when a Dynamis mob is angry at me. I suppose I should be faster about hitting Defender...
I wish WAR could wear Arhat's.
Can Recycle proc on WS?
^
When I used to War/Sam only, I would deliberately try to save other people in Dyna by WSing monk mobs down below 50% to take HF with S+TE/Retaliation up, when the Whm's started catching on and actually curing me when they HFed I stopped dying at all, but I lived without curing for most of them. 8~9 Anticipates, 3 or 4 Counters, Retaliation procs, and making sure you WS with under 15 seconds on TE recast works great.
I'd do the same /Nin, but would need curebombing.
Now, if I'm /Nin in a lot of situations and get interrupted, there is 1 reason I don't full time Ret, pop on Herme's, kite a little, and put Ichi back up.
What is the exp reduction for a LVL 64 on Greater Colibri? other 5 members 75.
Could have been posted elsewhere, namely that huge Blu thread in Advanced, but I don't have the energy to pore through that atm. Note, I don't have BLU leveled past 16. I'm asking this because a friend of mine just got Blu73 and we were discussing it the other day.
How is the accuracy of BLU physical spells calculated? Does Blue magic skill play a part in Physical spell accuracy? I know it affects the final Damage value of physical spells, and it likely affects the accuracy of Magic based spells. My friend was throwing around numbers like "Phys spell acc is Weapon acc + Blue skill", which seems incredibly overpowered.
Should BLU be using Int equipment instead of Acc in the same slots for Head Butt? INT vs skill? Acc vs skill?
Can you get the message for ix'drk from aerns in other rooms/halls?
