Looking to take DRK to 72 since I got an OClub soloing LoO (Just wanted to see how hard it was PLD/RDM, and it dropped on first kill).

Equipment I'm pretty sure on, but my question is in regards to weapons.

I can skill up anything on WAR, so that's not an issue, and from what I remember (My DRK is 40, leveled it there years ago to have a Stunner for COP Diablos), GAxe beats Scythe or GSword at those levels.

When do I swap out to GSword or Scythe, and what's the normal progression of those weapons from when I do stop using GAxe until 72?

Use GAxe til 60 when you get Guillotine, then swap to Scythe.

Pretty much. In your situation, you're not even going to need GS. Ever.

I always see the term acc cap thrown around but never any math or number to back it up.

Anyone mind explaining what amount accuracy its at and a simple conclusion on why its that number.

My guesses is that somebody went out with max amount of accuracy possible and parsed it for a while and saw that the hit-rate on the parser @ 95%.

I can probably find this by searching around, but if you know off the top of your head which Scythes to get 60-72, I would appreciate it.

Vassago's can pretty much hold over til Perdu unless you want to be picky, there's not a lot of major upgrades in between, only one I could think of would be Havoc @ 70, but I know a lot of people like keeping the 5 Acc from Vassogo's a bit longer. Or you could go the Molione's Scythe/Ring route @70, I forget exactly how that stacks up against others but I know it's a reasonably decent combo, especially at 70.

Regarding Armed Gears:

I know it's generally DoT only til it loses a gear, but if it's say in earth mode, would drown work? Curious if it will resist the ele enfeebles if not the "right" element.

Also, I could be compelled to pick up a stack of each of the damn cards... how is quickdraw on it before it starts losing gears?

I need a copy of WotG + the CD key for an existing account and was looking online for a cheap copy. It turns out that WotG alone costs like 10 bucks more than the 2008 collection that gives me all 4 expos. I'm worried that if I get the 2008 collection I won't be able to add the CD-key to an existing account though.

Can I buy a 2008 collection (about 18 bucks on amazon) and just install the WotG expo + use that CD key they give me for an existing account? Or will it only work for a brand new account?

Shusui katana from Tinnin.... what have people sold it for on other servers? You cant AH it so I have no idea and I just got one from Tinnin. (Oracles Cap/Shusui/Mats only ) Is it actually any good otherwise? The acc looks nice, maybe? lol

For corsair, is quick draw effected in any way by Magic accuracy or INT?

Mostly looking at denali feet/omega ring to see if they have any use for QD purposes.

agi helps the accuracy (not sure if it was conclusive whether or not macc works)
mab is for dmg

I currently use Assault/Brutal on my GA WAR, but i see some WAR on here using Ethereal/Brutal. Whys that?

Probably because Ethereal = Free. I don't use Assault Earring, I'd prefer a Pixie Earring when I get the chance but for a lot of people probably just a matter of space issues, and with an A+ weapon and fully merited the ACC from Assault Earring will make a very minimal difference in merit situations if any at all.

It's free is the correct answer, have it for Pld, so why not?
