Is there any way to change the game's aspect ratio for the character select screen? I know it's minor, but it bothers me having all my characters look stretched on that screen.

I'm curing some NPCs and when they all die mobs come after me and I die. So then I wait for em to walk back to the fort and RR and like a minute or two later another mob comes running up and kills me again. So I wait for him to walk back to the fort RR a second time and again in another minute or two another mobs runs over and kills me, at which point I HPed. wtf

Pretty sure dying only resets your hate if the mob was looking for you while deceased. In a campaign fight with lots of mobs and NPCs and other players that may not be the case.

Does Ap-radar pick up mog tablet when you're on a chocobo? And when does mog tablet reset? I've never really read too much into it.

FFXI Calculator says Hunter's is +15 and Archer's is +30 ranged acc. Not a clue on where those numbers were researched but that's what it says.

I have a recollection of an argument over Cure casting time being capped with WHM/SCH, Light Arts and Cure Cast Time merits. Was this ever actually proven conclusively? Considering dropping my Cure Clogs for something like Cobra Crackows or Rostrum/Blessed Pumps instead.

Cure cast time doesn't cap till -50%, only the animation tier does. I still use 5/5 Cure cast, Light Arts, Loq, and Cure Clogs, bringing me to -47%. I think the only time you'll be able to toss a Cast time piece/merit is once you've got all that, plus Marduk's Jubbah (+5) bringing you to 52%. I'd keep the clogs.

I cancel my IDs mid month since I use a debit card for payment. I always reactivate them before billing if I got the cash in the bank, so my Active but canceled IDs would always appear under "Reactivate ID".

Today's not the case. The IDs I canceled a week ago are not reappearing under Reactivate ID. With this server maint and tech support hours, am I boned until June 2nd?

Yes, you can't do anything about it during/in between registration server maintenances.

If it works like other Counter+ equipment, it'll just add a 2% Counter rate separate from TE/Seigan. I believe the check for normal Counters also occurs after the check for TE, and definitely after the check for Utsu, so the Counter+2 is of limited use to SAM.

I don't know the first answer, but to the second question from SE's post on Allakhazam "one week after the 11th Mog Tablet has been recovered the event will begin again at a random hour. In addition, each World will have its own random start time; therefore not all Mog Tablet quests will begin at the same time across all Worlds."

The maximum attack that can be displayed on the equipment screen is 999, but am I right in thinking that your actual attack can be higher than this?

I seem to remember read that there wasn't a hard cap on attack, is that true or just lies?

Is it impossible to rank up any faster than once every 5 days? I was planning to work towards a set of Iron Ram Hose, but is it impossible for me to get these any sooner than 60 days from now?

To the best of my recollection, which my be faulty, you cannot WS with the enchantment from Twicer active.
