No, its not necessarily 5% haste, with turban, dusk +1 x2, V belt, Haidate you're already at 23% haste which is 3% from cap. Yes jumps do stack with multihit weapons, there are some pictures out there of drks doing 2k jumps.

/War will win in most cases where you lack enough attack to make good use of berserk.

Orz, I missed that. They accounted for it by using Hachiryu hands, as far as I can tell. So it'd be:

23% Haste, Berserk (15-25% increase to WS dmg), -4.9% TP gain due to DA, Str+1, Attack+6

vs.

25% Haste, Jump (2-8 hits), High Jump (2-8 hits), full TP gain, Dex+9, Acc+11~12

Not to mention, even with /Drg set, melee acc is far from capped even at Birds. If you're popping sushi like there's no tomorrow, then sure, Berserk is going to be doing a lot more for you than if you're popping Meat. Not to mention you'd be over cap on Acc using /Drg and sushi (for G Colibri). But if you're popping Pizza/Meat, you won't be getting as much benefit from Berserk, and the added hit rate would help a lot. Plus, haste. Haste is good.

Two questions, both monk-orriented.

1) Is Hundred Fists' version of haste at all effected by other attack-speed enhancements?

2) Maximizing your Kick Attack rate would be the optimal decision during Hundred Fists, right? Melee Hose/Bahamut's Hose and Dune Boots, etc.?

Well, depends tbh. If its a zerg that you have feitn on ect, then yea going for kicks is awesome. If not, then you still dont' want to overlook acc. For example, if you're not capped, you lose 7 from shura pants, 7 from usu shoes, so 7% hit rate.

You would think I would know this, but does Drachen Greaves work on both High Jump and Jump or just Jump only? Asking because it says it enhances Jump EFFECTS, yet it seems to be commonly accepted to only increase Jump attack by 10%.

edit: Anyone have experience with items that require ammo like Hydro Pump?

I remember reading either Releena's or Rukenshin's LJ and it said that haste gear caps at 25% but to reach cap you actually need 26%. What is the benefit of going from 25%-26%, is it the same as every other 1% increment or is it a partial improvement?

I believe it is partial because it is due to the haste values listed on most pieces of gear being overstated since it's calculated as a fraction, so you won't get a full +1% as if you would if the cap were 26% and gear values 100% accurate.

When using spellcast, is there a way so that your gear changes after a skillchain if there is a skillchain after you use a weaponskill so that you can see the animation and text in chat log?
