Homam, having a Mandau doesn't change that either.

Ok.. I have yet to see a FIRM yes or no answer on whether or not you can unlock WSs on campaign mobs, with tags on.
No. Firm enough?Originally Posted by SephirothYuyX

I made about 30k exp on Ninja in Campaign for last 3 levels, while seeking an goofing off. Was using an unbroken Senji fulltime and it's still not broked, so a definitive No on breaking them.
What's better for Blade: Jin? Usukane Sune-ate(7acc 7atk) or Denali Gamashes(5acc 3str); No Katana Merits and prolly use Sushi for most things.
Personally I'm leaning on Denali for STR, cause Taru STR is lol but NIN atk is kinda lol as well... (around 409atk w/o buffs)
I actually have the same question and considered asking it in this thread.Originally Posted by Judai
Atm I use Denali but I switch back and forth every now and then, can't really notice a difference.
For RDM merits, Do you get much benefit from putting more than 1 point in para II? Does it really proc that more often?
Well, you also get the MACC from it. But, slowII should be fully merritted if you are doing those. SlowIIx3 ParaIIx3 for full RDM enfeeb.Originally Posted by Tulun

SlowIIx2 ParaIIx1 BioIIIx3 if you want to invest it for solo purposes, some don't.
Could really make any number of combos, mostly preference.
Bah. Well, that sort of helps. But the overall bonus of Para 2 is mainly just some MACC? I know Slow II also caps higher with 2 or 3 merits (and significantly enough to warrant more merits).Originally Posted by Tricen
They would be pretty close. The big difference would really be the enmity. And the looks.Originally Posted by Ichikun
Usukane Sune-Ate are good all-purpose, general utility NIN boots. If I was strictly DDing and didn't care about haste or inventory space, I'd probably do fuma or dusk+1 for TP, Denali for WS with sushi. But there's really never a situation that I don't at least attempt to tank on NIN, even in merit party, so if I had Usu I'd just save a slot and wear them all the time.
In theory Para II procs more with higher upgrades (the description does say the effect is increase).Originally Posted by Tulun
Generally speaking, Para II is random just like Para is, and if not for the MAcc, you might as well be saving the MP and using Para.
Pretty much what Isio said. I merritted ParaII for HNMs and the bit of MACC it gives over para1. Para1 is the better for solo for MP constraints.
Yes it does :DOriginally Posted by Fiofio
Is there any site with a search function that's anywhere near as efficient as somepage's?
Is Klimaform self target only or can it be cast on others without AOE?
(42 atm so can't test myself)

For Rdm/Drk what's the minimum gear you need to reach the lowest Stun recast time?
Already have:
AF1 Hat
AF2 Body
Loq.Earring
Swift Belt
Any pieces of Dusk Required?
The lowest possible recast time (with gear alone) would be with -25% reduction. What you listed gives 15% (5% AF1 hat, 5% AF2 body, 1% Loq. Earring, 4% Swift Belt), so you'd need an additional 10% in other gear.Originally Posted by Wintermute
Keep in mind that recast overall caps at 50%. So therefore it is impossible to cap your recast without BRD songs (15% from Haste, 25% from gear). If you're using one March then you're capped with 23% Haste gear + Haste spell. If you're using two Marches then you only need 15% in Haste gear, which is exactly what you listed.
Pretty sure that's correct, if anyone sees a mistake that I've made go ahead and say so.
For all intents and purposes this is estimated, due to the way Haste is calculated as a fraction rather than as a decimal percentage you might need 1% more Haste than it seems to reach your cap, but that probably won't actually affect the recast time anyway since I think it's rounded down, not up.
